    摘要: A refuse vehicle includes a chassis and a vehicle body. A variable displacement pump is positioned within the vehicle body and is configured to pump hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic fluid reservoir into a high pressure line of a hydraulic circuit. A lifting system on the vehicle includes at least one actuator in fluid communication with the variable displacement pump, which delivers pressurized hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic fluid reservoir to the actuator through the high pressure line to adjust a position of the actuator. A valve is positioned downstream of the variable displacement pump. In a first valve position, the valve restricts flow outward from the high pressure line. In a second valve position, the valve directs fluid from the high pressure line into a lower pressure line to reduce a hydraulic pressure within the high pressure line and adjust an output parameter of the variable displacement pump.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and device for controlling a combined rotary/push movement of a load-receiving means of an industrial truck, in particular a three-way stacker, both the rotary movement and the push movement being brought about by means of respective hydraulic elements (32, 34), which are supplied with hydraulic fluid by a single hydraulic pump (22) which is driven by an associated pump motor (24), and a performance characteristic of the hydraulic pump (22) being controlled according to a predetermined progression over time during the rotary/push movement; the industrial truck comprising a valve assembly (30) which is designed to be operated such that, below a threshold value for the hydraulic pressure provided by the hydraulic pump (22), only the rotary movement of the load-receiving means is brought about, while, above the threshold value, both the rotary movement and the push movement are brought about. Here, sensor means (36a, 36b) are provided which detect a temperature of the pump motor (24) and/or of the hydraulic pump (22), and the predetermined progression over time of the performance characteristic of the hydraulic pump (22) during the rotary/push movement is adapted according to a predetermined relationship depending on the temperature of the pump motor (24) and/or of the pump (22) detected by the sensor means (36a, 36b).

    摘要: The object is to make it possible to efficiently utilize rated output torque of the prime mover by performing total torque control with high precision through precise detection of absorption torque of the other hydraulic pump by use of a purely hydraulic structure and feedback of the absorption torque to the one hydraulic pump's side. For this purpose, the hydraulic drive system is equipped with: a torque feedback circuit 112v which is supplied with delivery pressure of a main pump 202 and load sensing drive pressure, modifies the delivery pressure of the main pump 202 to achieve a characteristic simulating the absorption torque of the main pump 202, and outputs the modified pressure; and a torque feedback piston 112f which is supplied with output pressure of the torque feedback circuit and controls displacement of a main pump 102 so as to decrease the displacement of the main pump 102 and thereby decrease maximum torque T12max as the output pressure increases. The torque feedback circuit 112v includes first and second variable pressure reducing valves 112g and 112q.

The flow control method for a construction machine including a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic actuator connected to the hydraulic pump, a control valve controlling a flow direction of hydraulic fluid supplied to the hydraulic actuator, a work mode switching valve installed in a flow path between the control valve and the hydraulic actuator to perform switching between a normal work mode and a floating mode, a detection means for detecting a boom-down operation amount of an operation lever operated by a user, an electronic proportional valve controlling a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump, and a controller, the flow control method including a first step of determining whether the present mode is switched to the floating mode; a second step of changing the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump corresponding to the boom-down operation amount detected by the detection means if the present mode is switched to the floating mode; and a third step of outputting an electrical control signal to the electronic proportional valve so that the hydraulic pump can discharge the hydraulic fluid at the changed flow rate corresponding to the boom-down operation amount.

    摘要: A method for preventing prime mover stall for a work machine including a hydraulic system having a plurality of control valves served by a hydraulic pump. The method can include determining an actual required flow rate value for the plurality control valves and a total maximum flow rate to the plurality of control valves that will enable the prime mover to operate without stalling. The method can also include operating the plurality of control valves such that the combined total flow of the plurality control valves is at or below the total maximum flow rate such that the pump operates at a condition below which prime mover stall will occur. The method can also include setting a flow sharing allocated specific criteria in which the flow reduction takes place during a flow saturation condition for each of the plurality of control valves such that the total sum of the flow rates (calculated based on the criteria) is equal to or less than the total maximum flow rate.

    摘要: A multi-control hydraulic circuit supplies receivers with hydraulic fluid delivered by a pump with an output controlled by the pressure of a control line depending on a load pressure of the receivers, and delivers the hydraulic fluid at a regulated pressure. The hydraulic circuit consists of hydraulic modules each associated with a receiver having a distributor which regulates the variable output supplying the receiver via a pressure compensator connected at its inlet to the outlet of the variable choke of the distributor, and at its outlet. The plunger manages the connection between its inlet and its outlet. The pressure compensator has a fluid link equipped with a choke and connects the outlet to the control line, irrespective of the position of the plunger.
