摘要: A header is supported by a pair of hydraulic float cylinders, where a float pressure to the cylinders is directly controlled by an electronic control supplying a variable control signal to a PPRR valve arrangement to maintain the float pressure at a predetermined value. At the set pressure a predetermined lifting force is provided to the header. A position sensor is used to generate an indication of movement and/or acceleration and/or velocity. The electronic control is arranged, in response to changes in the sensor signal, to temporarily change the control signal to vary the lifting force and thus change the dynamic response of the hydraulic float cylinder. A lift force greater than that required to lift the header can be provided by a lift cylinder and can be opposed in a controlled manner to apply a controlled downforce by the back of the same cylinder or by a separate component.

摘要: A hydraulic system for a work machine includes a first switch valve and a first return circuit. The first switch valve is switchable between a confluent position and an isolation position. The first switch valve is switched to the confluent position such that a first operation fluid tube is connected to a second operation fluid tube and a first transmission fluid tube is connected to a second transmission fluid tube. The first switch valve is switched to the isolation position such that the first operation fluid tube is disconnected from the second operation fluid tube and the first operation fluid tube is disconnected from the second operation fluid tube.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic control circuit for crane slewing gear having directional valves arranged in work lines and controllable separately for the inflow and outflow to the hydraulic motor for the carrying out of a rotational movement of the slewing gear, wherein an inflow valve serves the control of the oil inflow from a hydraulic pump via the work line to the hydraulic motor and an outflow valve is provided via which the hydraulic motor can be relieved to the tank, wherein the work lines are each connected via at least one check valve to a common inlet of the outflow valve to relieve the hydraulic motor independently of the direction of rotation of the slewing gear via an outflow valve into the tank.

A variable pressure actuator control system for a gas turbine engine may comprise a controller, a pressure regulating electro-hydraulic servo valve assembly (P-EHSV), including a variable restriction flow path, in electronic communication with the controller, a position regulating electro-hydraulic servo valve assembly (X-EHSV), including a network of flow paths, in electronic communication with the controller, a bypass regulator (BPR) in fluid communication with at least one of a pump, the P-EHSV, or the X-EHSV, the BPR configured to be controlled by the P-EHSV via a bypass pressure to vary an available pressure, and an actuator comprising an actuator piston. The variable pressure actuator control system may minimize pressure when possible to increase mission capability for a gas turbine engine.

摘要: A pneumatic trip system for a turbine includes a valve member; a valve stem connected to the valve member; and an actuator assembly connected to the valve stem. The actuator assembly includes a cylinder; a piston connected to the valve stem, the piston dividing the cylinder into a first chamber and a second chamber; a biasing element disposed in the second chamber of the cylinder; and a pneumatic circuit in communication with the second chamber of the cylinder. The pneumatic circuit is configured to pressurize the second chamber of the cylinder to actuate the piston to move the valve stem and the valve member to an exercised position between the open position and the closed position while the first chamber is pressurized.
