    摘要: A circulation module of a linear guideway for being installed on a sliding block, comprises two circulation tubes each having a fill-in opening, two rolling units respectively arranged into the circulation tubes via the fill-in openings, and two separating sheets respectively installed on the circulation tubes to shield the fill-in openings. When the circulation tubes coupling through the sliding block, the fill-in openings respectively expose from two opposite ends of the sliding block, and part of each rolling unit arrange out of the corresponding circulation tube is disposed on the sliding block. Thus, the instant disclosure provides the circulation module for receiving the rolling units quickly and simplifying the construction of an end cap module mating thereto. Moreover, the instant disclosure also provides a linear guideway.

    摘要: A guide rail (21) has an upper surface (26) with a pair of upper rolling paths (23) and side surfaces (70) with a pair of side rolling paths (24). The upper rolling paths (23) are concave surfaces inclined downward toward a longitudinal middle portion with respect to width of the guide rail (21) and extending along arcs of a circle. A moving block (22), provided with a groove (39) receiving the guide rail (21) therein, is mounted on the guide rail (21) so as to straddle the rail. A plurality of upper rollers (35) are supported in rows on the moving block (22) so as to roll along the upper rolling paths (23). The upper rollers (35) each has a convex side surface (35a). A plurality of side rollers (36) are supported in rows on the moving block (22) so as to roll along the side rolling paths (24). Even if a lateral force acts on the moving block due to a positional error in the guide rail, the rollers are able to roll smoothly and the smooth traveling of the moving block is insured.

The rollers preferably are softer than the tracks and may be made of plastic material. The slide roller apparatus has far ranging applications from sail boats to machine tools.

    摘要: A linear motion rolling contact bearing assembly includes a rail, a slider subassembly slidably mounted on the rail and provided with an endless circulating path, and a plurality of AF-F rollers provided in the endless circulating path. Each of the AF-F rollers is generally cylindrical in shape and has a flat end surface at one end and a truncated dome-shaped end surface at the opposite end. The endless circulating path includes a pair of straight load and return sections and a pair of curved connecting sections each connecting the corresponding ends of the load and return sections. Preferably, the curved connecting section has a pair of outer guide surfaces each of which has a radius of curvature which is equal to or slightly larger than the radius of curvature defining the dome-shaped portion of each of the rollers.

The linear guide apparatus includes a retainer for retaining plural cylindrical rollers rotatably in a rolling element rolling passage. The retainer includes an opening portion and accommodates for retention of the plural cylindrical rollers in the opening portion. The retainer also includes an endless seal unit surrounding the opening portion. The seal unit includes an inward facing lip inclining toward the inner side of the opening portion and extending toward the guide rail to be in sliding contact with the guide rail. The inward facing lip is formed continuously all around the seal unit. The seal unit includes an outward facing lip inclining toward the outer side of the opening portion and extending toward the guide rail to be in sliding contact with the guide rail, in addition to the inward facing lip.
