摘要: Provided is a rolling guide device which is capable of directly recognizing an operation condition of a moving member with respect to a track member or a circulation state of rolling elements in an endless circulation path, the rolling guide device including: a track member having a rolling surface; and a moving member, which is assembled to the track member through intermediation of a large number of rolling elements which roll on the rolling surface, and has an endless circulation path for the rolling elements, the moving member including: a main body member having a load rolling surface and a no-load return path for the rolling elements, the load rolling surface being opposed to the rolling surface of the track member to define a load path for the rolling elements, a pair of covers, which have direction change paths for allowing the rolling elements to move between the load path and the no-load return path, and is mounted to the main body member; and a measurement plate, which is interposed at least between the main body member and one cover to form part of the endless circulation path, and has a mounting portion for a sensor configured to detect an operation condition of the moving member with respect to the track member.

摘要: A guide apparatus includes a track member, a movable member having a first rolling surface that forms a load rolling passage together with a rolling surface of the track member, and a damper provided on a first surface. The first surface is at least a portion of the surface of the movable member opposed to the track member excluding the first rolling surface. The damper includes a plate member disposed in such a way as to cover the first area and a reservoir space formed between one surface of the plate member and the first area. The reservoir space contains a damping medium and allows the plate member to displace relative to the first area. The damper is provided on the movable member in such a way that the other surface of the plate member slides on at least a portion of the surface of the track member opposed to the movable member.

摘要: A rolling guide device is capable of preventing a scooping piece formed on a circulation path module from being deformed along with use over time, and enhancing the durability of the scooping piece, thereby achieving smooth motion of a moving member relative to a track member. A moving member includes: a main body member having load rolling surfaces and return paths for rolling elements; direction change pipes having formed therein inner direction change paths and having inner peripheral guide surfaces of outer direction change paths, respectively; and lid members each being mounted on the main body member and having outer peripheral guide surfaces of the outer direction change paths. Each of the direction change pipes includes: a first half circulation segment and a second half circulation segment; and a scooping portion for guiding the rolling elements into each of the inner direction change paths.

Cooling nozzles 1a and 1b of the present invention are mounted on a block 4 of the motion guide apparatus to cool at least one of a guide rail 2 and a block 4 that is assembled to the guide rail 2 via a rolling element 6 in such a manner as to be movable relatively. The cooling nozzles 1a and 1b include an inner passage 18 into which gas is introduced, an opening 12a configured to emit a gas flow introduced into the inner passage 18, a deflection surface 22a that is provided adjacently to the opening 12a to bend the gas flow emitted from the opening 12a, and a guiding surface 32a configured to attract gas outside the cooling nozzles 1a and 1b.

摘要: A rolling guide device is capable of facilitating smooth circulation of rolling elements in an endless circulation path, and enhancing the accuracy of motion of a moving member relative to a track member. The moving member includes: a main body member having load rolling surfaces and return paths for the rolling elements; direction change pipes incorporating inner direction change paths and having inner peripheral guide surfaces of outer direction change paths, respectively; and lid members each being mounted on the main body member and having outer peripheral guide surfaces of the outer direction change paths. The main body member has position reference holes formed therein so as to serve as position references for the direction change pipes, respectively, whereas the direction change pipes have positioning protrusions formed thereon so as to be press-fitted into the position reference holes, respectively. Further, the direction change pipes include rotation restriction protruding portions.

摘要: Provided is a diagnosis method of appropriately recognizing a state of a rolling surface of a track member of a rolling guide device or a lubrication state of rolling elements using a sensor mounted to the rolling guide device. The diagnosis method is applied to a rolling guide device including: a track member having a rolling surface extending along a longitudinal direction of the track member; and a moving member, which is assembled to the track member through intermediation of a plurality of rolling elements configured to roll on the rolling surface so that the moving member is movable along the track member, and has an endless circulation path for the rolling elements. The diagnosis method includes: detecting a moving speed of the moving member relative to the track member while detecting relative vibration displacement of the moving member relative to the track member using a vibration sensor mounted to the moving member; and diagnosing a running state of the moving member relative to the track member based on those detection results.
