摘要: A harmonic deceleration module, a dynamic power device, an automatic mobile vehicle, a transfer apparatus, a dynamic power supply system, and an electric bicycle are provided. The harmonic deceleration module includes a connecting member, a flexible bearing, a first frame, a first circular spline, a second frame, and a second circular spline. When the connecting member is driven, the connecting member rotates around a central axis. The connecting member has a cam part, and the cam part and the flexible bearing jointly form a wave generator. The wave generator is configured to be driven by the connecting member to drive a flexspline to continually and flexibly deform, and the flexspline drives the second circular spline and the second frame connected to the second circular spline to rotate. The second frame has a hollow channel penetrating through the second frame along the central axis.

摘要: A torque-transmitting arrangement for the drive train of a muscle-power-operated vehicle with auxiliary motor includes an output shaft, a first input shaft for the transmission of a torque generated by muscle power to the output shaft, a second input shaft for the transmission of a torque generated by the auxiliary motor to the output shaft, and a freewheel function, which prevents a user from having to concomitantly rotate the auxiliary motor when the auxiliary motor is inactive. A mechanical clutch transmits a torque from the second input shaft to the output shaft if, at the first input shaft, a torque prevails which acts in a drive direction of rotation on the output shaft, and transmits no torque from the second input shaft to the output shaft if, at the first input shaft, a torque prevails which acts on the output shaft counter to the drive direction of rotation.

摘要: A reciprocating action drive is disclosed in which a pair of magnetically sprung over-running clutches, each in overrunning connection with a driven shaft, and attached to a reciprocating lever, are joined via a direction reversing mechanism. In one embodiment, the direction reversing mechanism uses bevel gears, two of which are connected to the outer shells of the overrunning clutches. One or more intermediate bevel gears, mounted orthogonally to the axis of the driven shaft, mesh with the others to form the reversing mechanism. In a further embodiment, the reciprocating action drive is used to power a bicycle using a standard chain ring and chain arrangement and a cadence equalizing 3× epicyclic gear train. In a still further embodiment, sprung limit stops limit the range of motion of the reciprocating levers to 60-degrees, and make stopping at the end of the tread less abrupt.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a bicycle hub that provides improved drive line efficiency and bike-to-rider torque feedback. The drive line efficiencies are due to lower rolling resistance resulting from a novel bearing and sprag clutch configuration, a lightweight design, and immediate torque transfer from the cassette drive to the hub body. The bike-to-rider feedback has been improved as the torque transfer is smooth, predictable, and immediate.

摘要: A free coaster bicycle wheel driving apparatus having a clutch that employs radially acting components. A drive sleeve has an inner cylindrical wall surface mounted coaxially about a wheel mounting shaft and an outer cylindrical wall surface that is eccentric relative to the drive sleeve inner wall surface. The outer surface of the drive sleeve cooperates with a power transmission sleeve that has an inner cylindrical wall surface that is eccentric relative to its cylindrical outer wall surface. The power transmission sleeve is interposed between the drive sleeve and a wheel hub. When the eccentric lobe on the drive sleeve is in opposition to the eccentric lobe on the surrounding power transmission sleeve, the sprocket is disengaged from the wheel hub. Forward rotation of the sprocket jams the lobe of the drive sleeve against the power transmission sleeve, forcing its cam lobe outwardly into frictional engagement with the wheel hub.

摘要: A bicycle hub includes a hub body, an inner member coupled to the hub body for rotation therewith, and an outer member disposed about the inner member for rotation relative to the inner member. The outer member is adapted to be coupled to a chain gear for rotation therewith. A plurality of clutch rollers are disposed between an outer circumferential surface of the inner member and an inner circumferential surface of the outer member. The outer circumferential surface of the inner member and the inner circumferential surface of the outer member are shaped so that (i) when the plurality of clutch rollers are disposed in a first position the inner member and the outer member rotate together; and (ii) when the plurality of clutch rollers are disposed in a second position the inner member and the outer member can rotate relative to each other.
