摘要: A system and method of pumping liquified gas. Applicants systems includes a liquified gas storage vessel and a smaller high pressure high pressure liquified gas storage cylinder. Applicant provides a pump between the two vessels for pumping the liquified gas from one vessel to the other. Applicants system also includes at least one heat exchanger through which the liquified gas passes as it is pumped from one vessel to the other, which heat exchanger cools the liquified gas that is being pumped to a temperature typically below the vaporization point of the gas.

摘要: A pressure vessel apparatus for cryogenic capable storage of hydrogen or other cryogenic gases at high pressure includes an insert with a parallel inlet duct, a perpendicular inlet duct connected to the parallel inlet. The perpendicular inlet duct and the parallel inlet duct connect the interior cavity with the external components. The insert also includes a parallel outlet duct and a perpendicular outlet duct connected to the parallel outlet duct. The perpendicular outlet duct and the parallel outlet duct connect the interior cavity with the external components.

摘要: In a storage tank having at least a fixed exterior roof through which a pipe connection extends for feeding or removing a fluid from the tank, the improvement comprising a pipe connection including a pipe extending through an oversized hole in the roof; a sleeve, surrounding but spaced outwardly from the pipe, extending through the roof hole and connected to the roof around the hole; the sleeve having an upper end spaced upwardly above the roof and connected to the pipe; the sleeve having a lower end spaced below the roof and unattached to the pipe; granular insulation occupying the space between the sleeve and the pipe; and a barrier preventing the granular insulation from flowing out the sleeve lower end.
