    摘要: Provided is an illumination device which has a coherent light source that emits a first coherent light beam and a second coherent light beam, an optical device that diffuses the first coherent light beam to illuminate a first illumination zone and diffuses a wave of the second coherent light beam to illuminate a second illumination zone, and a timing control unit that individually controls incidence timing of the first coherent light beam and the second coherent light beam on the optical device or illumination timing of the first illumination zone and the second illumination zone, wherein the optical device includes a first diffusion region on which the first coherent light beam is incident, and a second diffusion region on which the second coherent light beam is incident, the first diffusion region is capable of illuminating the first illumination zone by diffusion of the incident first coherent light beam.

    摘要: A vehicle lighting apparatus that illuminates a frontward direction of a vehicle includes: first and second light source units each having a light source main body and a light-focusing optical system that focuses light emitted from the light source main body; a reflection-type digital light deflection device that is configured by arranging a plurality of mirror elements each of which can be slanted around a rotation movement axis and each of which can be individually switched between an ON slanted state and an OFF slanted state and that reflects the light, focused by the first and second light source units, by the mirror element of the ON slanted state to form a reflection pattern; and a projection optical system that illuminates a frontward direction with light reflected by the reflection-type digital light deflection device, wherein light incident on the reflection-type digital light deflection device by the first and second light source units is overlapped.

    摘要: A lens body includes: an incident surface where light entering within a predetermined angular range with respect to an optical axis of the light source is refracted in a condensing direction; a first reflection surface that internally reflects the light; and a second reflection surface that internally reflects part of the reflected light from the first reflection surface. The lens body includes an emission surface of a convex lens surface. The second reflection surface extends backward from near a focal point of the emission surface. Light obtained by blocking part of the light internally reflected by the first reflection surface with a front edge of the second reflection surface, and the light internally reflected by the second reflection surface are emitted from the emission surface to from a predetermined light distribution pattern including a cutoff line defined by the second reflection surface at the upper edge.

    摘要: A predefined length between first and second optical lens sections and of the first and second highly-directional light units is smaller than a length, which is half of a length between a left end of a lower portion of a left front-wheel support unit and a right end of a lower portion of a right front-wheel support unit in the left-right direction of a vehicle, and the predefined length is greater than half a smaller one of minimum widths of the optical lens sections of the first and the second highly-directional light units. A configuration is adopted in which light radiated through the optical lens section of the first highly-directional light unit partially overlaps light radiated through the optical lens section of the second highly-directional light unit and the remaining part does not overlap.
