    摘要: An illuminated mobile sign system including a sign assembly, a charging assembly, and at least one suction-cup. The sign assembly includes a luminous-fiber-optic-fabric, and a rigid-backboard in structural and functional combination. The rigid-backboard of the sign assembly includes a front-side, a back-side, and a periphery. The charging assembly includes, and is defined by, a thin-cell-rechargeable-battery, one or more photovoltaic-cells, a male-power-connector, a female-power-connector, and a battery-connector. The rigid-backboard includes a front-side, a back-side, and a periphery. The periphery exhibits a badge-shape to provide a more formal aesthetic design. Illuminated mobile sign system is weather-resistant. The illuminated mobile sign system is structured and arranged to allow a user to display an illuminated image or illuminated-message upon a surface via the sign assembly. The illuminated image includes alphanumeric text, as well as graphics.

    摘要: A light device and package is disclosed including a light device with a diffuser and a light emitting element arranged so as to generate light through the diffuser which receives electrical power from an electrical power storage device recharged by a photovoltaic device with control circuitry arranged to control power supplied from the electrical power storage device. A test device is included having two conductors connected across a test switch. A device package is included having an opaque and light transmissive package portions and contains the light device and the two conductors. In a first configuration, the test switch is connected between the electrical storage device and the light emitting element via the two conductors, and in a second configuration, the test switch and the two conductors are disconnected from the light device. The test device can be used with multiple light devices and may be secured by a pull-tab.

At least one light-emitting device is arranged on each of the plurality of blades to emit light from the blades. A solar panel is provided to receive and collect sunlight, and a photoswitch is automatically operable between an activated state during instances of insufficient sunlight to thereby activate the light-emitting device, and a deactivated state during instances of sunlight to thereby deactivate the light-emitting device. The decorative lawn ornament is operable such that when a flow of air strikes it, the blades rotate and a decorative member rotates to control an orientation of the blades and the light emitted by the light-emitting devices.
