    摘要: A heat exchanger erected vertically for generating steam for solar power plants, including: an outer casing with an inlet and an outlet port for a heat-emitting medium; an inlet and an outlet collector for a heat-absorbing medium, said inlet and outlet collectors lying substantially within the outer casing; and a tube bundle within the outer casing with a number of tube layers including continuous tubes, wherein the heat-emitting medium can flow entirely around same and which are designed as flow paths for the heat-absorbing medium from the inlet collector to the outlet collector. The tube bundle is arranged in a meandering manner, wherein the heat exchanger is arranged according to a forced-flow principle so that the heat-absorbing medium is successively pre-heated, evaporated, and superheated so that a superheated steam exits the outlet collector. The energy for the pre-heating, evaporation, and superheating is essentially provided by the heat transfer from the heat-emitting medium to the heat-absorbing medium. The tube layers are arranged in such that the tubes of the individual tube layers are aligned to lie next to one another in the horizontal direction, with the directions of flow of the heat-absorbing medium being opposite in the horizontally adjacent tube sections which are arranged transversely to the central axis of the outer casing, and such that the tube layers are vertically adjacent. Each tube layer is formed from an equal number of tubes.

    摘要: A continuous steam generator with a combustion chamber having a number of burners for fossil fuel and an outside wall composed of steam generator pipes that are welded to each other gas-tight is provided. A vertical gas flue is connected downstream of the combustion chamber on the hot gas side in an upper area via a horizontal gas flue, wherein a part of the outside wall facing the vertical gas flue and below the horizontal gas flue is inclined inward and thus forms a nose projecting into the combustion chamber with the bottom of the adjacent horizontal gas flue. Support pipes are connected downstream of at least one part of the steam generator pipes of the nose at the upper end thereof on the flow medium side, wherein the support pipes are guided substantially vertically to the lower end of the nose.

    摘要: A steam generator (2) is described in which a combustion chamber has at least one combustion chamber wall formed by a plurality of longitudinal furnace tubes (10) for passage of an evaporatable flow medium, connected together in gas-tight manner by tube webs. As will be familiar different tubes are likely to be subjected to a heat input in use that varies when the combustion chamber is fired. The tube bores of the furnace tubes are larger where subject to higher heat input than where subject to lower heat input. In particular the tube bores of the furnace tubes are generally larger in the middle region of the combustion chamber wall than at the transversely peripheral regions of the combustion chamber wall.

    摘要: The vapor generator is provided with a vapor separator which is connected to an outlet of the partition and which has a water outlet connected to the inlet of the enclosing walls of the combustion chambers. The vapor outlet of the vapor separator connects to a superheater within the generator via platen superheaters disposed within their respective combustion chambers. The vapor separator permits the partition to always be operated with a considerable surplus of water so that no stability problems occur. A water separator is also connected to an outlet of the enclosing walls and has a vapor outlet connected with the vapor outlet from the vapor separator. Various control circuits can be used to regulate the flow of vapor from the vapor separator to the superheater. A branch conduit for the feed water is also connected in parallel with the partition to permit mixing of some of the feed water with the water separated out of the vapor separator prior to passage into the enclosing walls of the generator.

    摘要: A once-through vapor generator in which the roof and heat recovery area rear wall comprise a single continuous downflow pass feeding the generator primary superheater. An outlet header for the pass, at the lower end of the pass, also serves as the inlet header for the primary superheater, flow from the header being upwardly in the superheater. A plurality of diaphragms at spaced intervals along the axis of this common header divide the header into a plurality of separate sections which in turn form in the downflow pass and superheater a plurality of narrow-width parallel down-up flow circuits. The invention prevents the occurrence of recirculation of flow at low loads within the roof and heat recovery area rear wall. A plurality of mix headers may be employed in each down-up flow circuit, at a midpoint in elevation in the heat recovery area rear wall. This reduces the possibility of recirculation within a particular down-up flow circuit in large sized units having a large difference in elevation between the roof inlet header and the lower common header.
