    摘要: A field-ready oven has reinforced telescoped side walls that extend and hold a base, shelf, tray support and cover spaced apart. A low air intake and a semipermeable membrane deliver air and vapor fuel to catalyst pads on the shelf. Radiant heat from exothermic reaction is diffused over a bottom of a tray. Hot gas circulates around the diffuser and tray with a chimney effect before exhausting. A lid on the cover lifts for access to the tray. A fuel container in the oven forces fuel through a capillary restriction to limit fuel flow. A spring in the container is released to start fuel flow.

    摘要: A catalytic burner is provided. The method of using the catalytic burner utilizes flameless combustion. The absence of a flame results in a more even temperature distribution throughout the length of the burner. The invention lowers the autoignition temperature by placing a catalytic surface within the burner and offers relatively even distribution of heat from the burner. Thus, the amount and location of the combustion reaction can be controlled by varying the amount and distribution of catalyst within the burner.

    摘要: A wick for an essence bottle, used in conjunction with an essence bottle, comprising a base, a heat-resistant element, an oil feeder, a separating grid, and a catalyst. The base is set on the essence bottle, having a chamber and a lower end with a periphery from which projecting points protrude, so that a gap between the base and the bottle opening remains. The heat-resistant element is placed inside the chamber of the base, having a through hole which allows oil vapor to pass through. The oil feeder has an elongated shape with an upper end that reaches into an opening in the heat-resistant element and a lower end that is immersed in oil in the essence bottle, absorbing oil from there. The separating grid and the catalyst are stacked on the heat-resistant element. The catalyst brings about catalysis of oil vapor. Due to the separating grid, the catalyst only absorbs oil vapor rather than oil from the heat-resistant element, so that, after igniting oil vapor at the catalyst, a small flame results, oil consumption is reduced and no wax is generated that clogs the catalyst.
