    摘要: This heating system consists of a ceiling or wall mounted housing containing a fan, motor, electric heater and optional controller which connects to a discharge vent via a duct which can all fit within a wall. It has primary usages as a room or shower heater where it can be recessed into a wall or ceiling where it intakes air from the room, heats it and routes it through an insulated duct in the wall and vents it back into the room near the floor. In a shower, the heater can be located high on the wall or in the ceiling away from the shower to keep it away from splashed water. Additionally, the heater and vent can both be mounted in the ceiling where the heater is outside the shower and the vent is in the shower. It can be controlled by a switch, wired thermostat or wireless remote.

A method of operating an air conditioner includes determining that a heating function of the air conditioner is inactive; activating the MUA fan to supply MUA to the indoor heat exchanger while the heating function is inactive; determining a supplemental heating condition after activating the MUA fan; and activating the heater bank to heat the MUA within the MUA air flow path in response to determining the supplemental heating condition.

The system further includes a controller communicatively coupled to the first heater device, the second heater device, and the temperature sensor. The controller is configured to receive, from the temperature sensor, an indication of a measured temperature of the fluid flow. The controller is further configured to control, based on a difference between the measured temperature of the fluid flow and a target temperature, operation of the first heater device via a first pulse width modulation signal and operation of the second heater device via a second pulse width modulation signal.

    摘要: An apparatus and a method for purifying and heating air using photocatalytic oxidation. The apparatus includes a housing, a heater, and a photocatalytic oxidation unit disposed within the housing. The housing defines a flow path for air to move through the apparatus such that air from the environment is drawn into the apparatus and passes over the photocatalytic oxidation unit. A pollutant in the air from the environment adsorbs to a surface of the photocatalytic material coating the plates, and the surface of the photocatalytic material is exposed to ultraviolet light generated by the ultraviolet light source. The energy of the ultraviolet light activates the photocatalytic material, which then breaks down the pollutant leaving non-toxic components and purified air. The air then passes over the heater and back into the environment. A fan is also included to move air through the flow path.

    摘要: Provided are: a heat medium heating device capable of bringing: flat heat exchange tubes and PTC heaters; and inlet/outlet header parts of the flat heat exchange tubes, into sufficiently close contact with each other, and incorporating these components into a casing; and a vehicular air-conditioning device including the same. In a heat medium heating device, flat heat exchange tubes each including a flat tube part and inlet/outlet header parts and PTC heaters are stacked in layers, and a heat exchange holding member presses the flat heat exchange tubes from one side, whereby the stacked structure is incorporated on an inner bottom surface of a casing. In this configuration, at least uppermost one of the flat heat exchange tubes has one surface pressed by the heat exchange holding member, the one surface being formed into a planar shape in which the flat tube part and the inlet/outlet header parts are flattened.
