    摘要: The present application discloses an apparatus for manufacturing high-quality coal products. In certain embodiments, the apparatus comprises a housing and a heat conducting mechanism disposed within the housing. The heat conducting mechanism is provided with a heat conducting medium inlet proximate a material outlet end and a thermal conduction medium outlet proximate a material inlet end. The heat conducting mechanism comprises multiple groups of heat conducting units and the heating conducting unit comprises a plurality of heat conducting tubes. The heat conducting tubes are in communication with the heat conducting medium inlet and outlet. A plurality of fins inclining downward relative to the vertical direction are arranged along the longitudinal direction between adjacent heat conducting tubes. The present application also discloses a system for manufacturing high-quality coal products, comprising a material feed apparatus, a high-quality coal product production apparatus, a heat-conducting medium supply apparatus, and a recycling processing apparatus.

    摘要: A steam injection device for a vertical steam conditioning chamber for particulate material has one or more hollow modules having substantially conical tops and open bottoms arrayed along the vertical centerline of the chamber, each supported by at least one hollow leg attached to the chamber wall. Steam for conditioning is supplied to the modules through the support legs by means of a manifold which distributes steam to steam ports in the chamber wall. Additionally, by employing modules having other than symmetrically conical tops, it is possible to impart an irregular flow path to the particles being conditioned in the chamber. This permits uniform exposure of the particles to the steam in the conditioning chamber and, thus, promotes uniform conditioning.

    摘要: Apparatus for heating flowable material in a clean, efficient and quiet manner includes a hollow upright tower. Flowable material is introduced into the upper portion of the tower and falls therethrough under the influence of gravity. A plurality of vertically-spaced and reversely inclined downwardly sloping steps are positioned within the tower. Flowable material falling through the tower strikes the steps and travels in somewhat of a zig-zag path to increase the residence time of the flowable material within the tower. Gas burners are positioned for directing very high temperature and very high velocity ribbons of gas transversely of the tower against the flowable material while it is in a free fall condition between at least certain of the steps. The high temperature and high velocity gas fluidizes and heats the flowable material. High velocity is imparted to the gas by conversion of thermal energy to kinetic energy in the burners. The steps within the tower are provided by a plurality of vertically stacked non-metallic heat insulating modular elements of special construction. The modular elements form part of a heat insulating liner and freely float relative to an outer metal skin on the tower to accommodate relative expansion and contraction between the liner and skin. A feed means in the upper portion of the tower substantially continuously feeds flowable material into the tower in a substantially continuous wide band stream of substantially uniform thickness extending substantially entirely across the entire width of the tower and steps. The burners extend upwardly from the lower portion of the tower in vertically-spaced relationship and terminate short of the uppermost plurality of steps in the upper portion of the tower. The uppermost plurality of steps provide a plurality of cool drop zones in which the flowable material falls without being directly contacted by hot gases from a burner. Gases from the other burners are exhausted vertically through the tower and pass through the flowable material while it is in a free fall condition in the cool drop zones. This filters any dust present in the material; lowers the temperature of the exhaust gases; and preheats the flowable material for optimum efficiency.

Mixed flow grain diverters extend across the grain flow path substantially perpendicular to longitudinal side walls, and substantially parallel to transverse end walls of the grain flow path. Upper airflow openings are associated with each of the upper diverters. Moisture equalizer lower grain diverters extend along the longitudinal sides grain flow path substantially parallel to the longitudinal side walls, and substantially perpendicular to the transverse end walls of the grain flow path. The burner is positioned outside the airflow path to feed ambient air into the recirculating airflow path, without recirculating airflow passing through the burner.
