摘要： A photosensitive tabular member suction mechanism that can reliably suck with a simple configuration, on a stage, photosensitive tabular members of different sizes by effectively using the suction force resulting from negative pressure, and an image recording device disposed with this photosensitive tabular member suction mechanism. Cylinder members are attached inside the stage in correspondence to respective suction holes, and the piston members accommodated in the suction holes are urged upward by springs. In a state where a substrate is not placed on a placement surface of the stage, the piston members are in a closed position due to the urging force of the springs and block off the suction holes. When the substrate is placed on the placement surface, the piston members move to an open position counter to the urging force of the springs and the suction holes are opened, whereby the substrate is sucked by a suction force resulting from negative pressure.

For example, the stage assembly (10) can include a carrier (60) and a holder connector assembly (62). The carrier (60) is supported above the device table (20) and rotates relative to the device table (20). The holder connector assembly (62) connects the device holder (24) to the carrier (60). Further, the stage assembly (10) can include a holder mover (120) that rotates the device holder (24) relative to the device table (20). Additionally, the stage assembly (10) can include a fluid connector (94) that connects the device holder (24) in fluid communication with the device table (20).

摘要： A loading table for flexographic printing plates is disclosed wherein pneumatic suction is employed to secure the printing plate to the loading table and pneumatic pressure is employed to reduce the friction when conveying the printing plate from the loading table to an imaging cylinder. The loading table comprises a plurality of openings connected to a reversible pump. Pneumatic suction or pressure from the pump is transferred to the printing plate via the openings in the loading table. While immobilized on the loading table with pneumatic suction, the flexographic plates can be prepared for imaging by peeling the protective coating from the active layer. The coupling of the plate to the loading table surface facilitates such preparatory steps without excessive handling of the plate. After preparation, the pneumatic pressure is reversed and a thin layer of air is created underneath the plate reducing the friction and permitting simple transfer of the plate to an imaging cylinder for further processing.

摘要： An apparatus for positioning and holding a photosensitive material comprises: a case provided movably in a back-and-forth direction on a transparent plate held on a table frame of a copying apparatus; an overlay sheet to be spread over the photosensitive material, having one end fixed to a rear end of the transparent plate and another end held by a sheet roller in the case in a yieldable and retractable manner; stopper members provided on the table frame for placing the case in a desired position in the back-and-forth direction; contact members held by the case for positioning the photosensitive material in a transverse direction, with which at least two right-angled edges of the photosensitive material are brought into contact; and an evacuating device for evacuating air trapped between the overlay sheet and the transparent plate after positioning of the photosensitive material.
