    Abstract: A mechanical component includes a component main body having a through-hole through which a shaft member is passed, and a forcing-in portion made of metal material formed on the inner surface of the through-hole and fixed to the shaft member through the forcing-in of the shaft member. The component main body has a retaining recess and the forcing-in portion fills the inner space of the retaining recess so that the retaining recess constitutes an anchor structure regulating displacement of the forcing-in portion with respect to the component main body.

    Abstract: To provide a mechanical component, a mechanical component manufacturing method, a movement, and a timepiece which are free from breakage due to the forcing-in of the shaft member and which allow the mechanical component to be reliably fixed to the shaft member. Provided is a mechanical component configured to rotate around a shaft member. The mechanical component includes: a component main body having a through-hole through which the shaft member is passed; and one or a plurality of shaft support portions formed on the inner surface of the through-hole and serving to fix the shaft member to the component main body. The shaft support portion(s) protrude (s) from the inner surface of the through-hole and is (are) capable of retaining the shaft member due to an elastic force. The elongation percentage of the shaft support portion(s) is larger than the elongation percentage of the component main body.

    Abstract: A quartz watch movement includes a minute wheel connected to a handsetting wheel by an intermediate wheel, a shaft of a third wheel placed in a shaft hole in a main plate, elastic connection structures being rotated by a third-wheel shaft gear and a minute wheel piece gear which are engaged together and are arranged between a minute wheel tube and the minute wheel piece gear when a stem is pulled or the minute hand is adjusted through the handsetting wheel, the intermediate wheel and a minute wheel shaft gear, and a second-hand stop lever detachably connected to a second-hand stop electrode. The elastic connection structures are arranged between the minute wheel tube and the minute wheel piece gear, so that the quartz watch is accurate in travel time and has the function of efficiently adjusting the hour hand and the minute hand when omitting a handsetting middle wheel.

    Abstract: An assembly of a member, made of a first material in an aperture of a part, made of a second material having no plastic domain, using an intermediate part made of a third material, mounted between the member and the part. The intermediate part includes a hole for receiving the member. The part includes pierced holes forming a deformation mechanism distributed around the aperture thereof. The elastically and plastically deformed intermediate part radially grips the member and stresses the elastic deformation mechanism of the part so as to secure the assembly in a manner that is not destructive for the part.
