The system also has a read-write unit for the contactless reading of a data memory of an object. The system enables an early reporting of a utilization state of the technical system, such as a congestion or shortage of objects using the devices for identification. The system can also be used for object tracking. The detection of the local utilization state is realized by the repeated reading of the data memory of an object. A control unit of the system and a method for detecting a utilization state of a technical system for transporting and/or packaging objects are also provided.
