    摘要: The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a machine tool having a human-machine interface and a program with predetermined manufacturing conditions. The manufacturing method includes (1) setting, via the human-machine interface, one or more specific manufacturing areas of the workpiece and specific conditions for the specific manufacturing areas; (2) determining by the controller whether the manufacturing of the workpiece is performed at one of the specific manufacturing areas; (3) performing the manufacturing of the workpiece under one of the specific conditions corresponding to the one of the specific manufacturing areas via the controller and monitoring continuously the manufacturing status of the machine tool if the manufacturing of the workpiece is performed at one of the specific manufacturing areas; and (4) performing the manufacturing of the workpiece according to the predetermined manufacturing conditions via the controller if the manufacturing of the workpiece is not performed at the specific manufacturing areas.

    摘要: Disclosed is a numerical control apparatus for controlling a chopping operation of a tool used in a grinding machine and the like. A programmed instruction value calculation circuit (2) outputs an upper dead point instruction (Zu) and a lower dead point instruction (Zl), a correction value calculation circuit (3) calculates and outputs correction values (.DELTA.Zu, .DELTA.Zl), and a chopping instruction calculation circuit (4) outputs a chopping control output to a manual control circuit (6) based on these instructions and correction values to operate a servo motor. When an instruction value (Zi) is input from a manual pulse generator (5) to the chopping instruction calculation circuit (4), the chopping is effected while continuously changing the upper and lower dead points, thereby enabling an operator to easily adjust the upper and lower dead points.

It is judged whether or not a teaching command is inputted during execution of the numerical control program (S1). When it is judged that a feed speed or spindle speed override storage command is inputted in the teaching mode (S2, S6), an override value manually set by an override switch is written into the end of a block in execution in the numerical control program (step S10). At execution of the numerical control program on and after the next time, override operation as set manually is carried out automatically.

    摘要: The method enables an axial movement, in particular in the form of a pendulum motion of a numerically controlled axis to be carried out with minimal computational expenditure of time and energy. For this purpose, the pendulum profile is subdivided into the time intervals (t.sub.n-1,t.sub.n), in which different motion processes (acceleration, no velocity or constant velocity) take place.     摘要: A sewing machine is disclosed wherein the positional coordinates for successive stitch penetrations are stored in a memory having addressable locations corresponding to a plurality of operator selectable patterns. Means are provided for operator initiation of an override command to selectively alter the operation of the feed and bight actuators to an amount of motion different from that dictated by the stored pattern information. An operator influenced control provides a digital signal corresponding to a desired alteration value. Override memory locations are provided for storing bight and feed actuator motion alteration values. These locations are addressed in accordance with the selected pattern and the digital override signal provided by the operator. The alteration values are utilized for control of the appropriate feed and bight actuators.
