In one example embodiment, one or more programs that are configured, when executed, to cause one or more processors to generate and visually present a graphical user interface (GUI) virtual handwheel for a controller of a motor. In this example embodiment, the GUI virtual handwheel includes a depiction of a physical handwheel that is oriented with a perspective orientation. The depiction of the physical handwheel is configured, upon receipt of a first input from a user along the length of the depiction in a first direction, to send a first electronic signal to the controller of the motor to cause the motor to cause a first effect that corresponds to physically rotating the physical handwheel in a first rotational direction that corresponds to the first direction.

摘要： A feed dog drive motor and an X-direction motor are connected to common input/output ports of a CPU via first and second driver IC circuits, respectively. In response to a drive switching signal generated from the CPU, selected one of the first and second driver IC circuits is enabled, causing the feed dog drive motor and the X-directional motor to selectively energize. A common driver IC circuit can be used in place of the first and second driver IC circuits. With such a configuration, the number of input/output ports of the CPU as well as the number of driver IC circuits can be reduced.

摘要： A method of generating embroidery data for controlling stitching out by an embroidery machine. The method comprises simulating a position of a needle on an embroidery workspace and updating the needle position in response to an input control signal. A series of stitch time points is generated and embroidery data defining a stitch is generated. The data defining a stitch being dependent upon the needle position at a corresponding stitch time point and at a preceding stitch time point.

摘要： A device for creating stitching data for use by a sewing machine includes a tablet digitizer having a pattern entry area and menu area for which data for a stitching pattern in a forward direction is entered by a cursor. The data entry device operates in conjunction with a storage, under CPU control, to store the input stitching data in an input order. Reverse stitching data is generated automatically from the input data by an apparatus which is operative to read the forward direction stitching data in reverse order, analyze the content of the data, translate the identified data into reverse stitching data and write the reverse stitching commands into memory. The forward stitching data and automatically generated reverse stitching data are stored in a ROM for use by the sewing machine.

When the selection of a letter or of a sign is programmed by the keyboard, it is possible to choose the typeface desired and the capital or lower case state required for the letter to be sewn, and even to modify this choice several times without having to in any way reprogram the selection of the letter or the sign desired.

摘要： An automatic quilting machine for use in stitching individual selected patterns into a large fabric such as a bedspread or quilt. The bedspread or quilt is stretched on a large metal frame which is mounted on a table which can be moved in the X-direction, the Y-direction, or any X-Y combination direction. The sewing machine head is mounted on a cross beam which is aligned at the approximate center point of the metal frame on which the fabric is stretched. The needle of the sewing machine head can stitch a pattern into any location in the fabric and the metal frame is moved in any direction relative to the fixed sewing machine head in order to bring the desired stitch location on the fabric into alignment with the sewing machine head. The pattern can be created through reading by a scanner which then converts the pattern into machine readable language which is stored in a process controller. Alternatively, the pattern can be hand drawn on a monitor by graphic systems such as a mouse combined with computer aided design programs which provide graphic menus and through which the drawn pattern can be converted into machine readable language which is then stored in the memory of a process controller. The stored pattern can be subsequently stitched into the fabric through commands from the process controller which direct a remote control apparatus to move the table in the desired direction to create the pattern.

摘要： An automatic quilting machine for use in stitching individual selected patterns into a large fabric such as a bedspread or quilt. The bedspread or quilt is stretched on a large metal frame which is mounted on a table which can be moved in the X-direction, the Y-direction, or any X-Y combination direction, either through a manually operated automatic joystick or mouse or through an automatic remote control directed by a computer. The sewing machine function is controlled by one computer connected to the sewing machine head and the quilting table motion in the X-direction, Y-direction, and X-Y direction is controlled by a separate computer. When it is desired to change a sewing machine computer function such as a stitch or accessory functions such as trim, the sewing machine computer can be independently reprogrammed. When it is desired to change the pattern, the separate computer controlling the X-Y table movement direction can be independently reprogrammed. It is not necessary to reprogram both funcions which is an enormous task. Instead, only one of the functions needs to be reprogrammed, thereby greatly simplifying the process.
