摘要: Devices, systems, and methods are provided for controlling a quantity of cutting fluid dispensed for a cutting tool within a CNC or other machining system. The devices, systems, and methods may include controlling multiple fluids such that coolant, lubricant, or other fluids can be delivered at different locations, at different flow rates, have their flow rates changed independently, and/or have their flow rates changed dynamically during a machining operation. In some embodiments, a feedback loop or input may be provided to obtain and/or provide information regarding the machining operation—such as cutting force, cutting temperature, cutting friction, machining operation, tool in use, work piece geometry, and/or material—and automatically and/or independently modify the fluid flow rates. The fluid may be atomized with air or other gases to minimize the quantities of fluid used. Components in the system may be modular to allow the system to be used with existing and new machining technologies.

摘要: A sparse data system determines regulatory compliance of a plurality of small environmental systems that utilize a respective plurality of pumps. Each environmental system utilizes a universally programmed dialer configured to receive, store, and transmit pump operation data. A server is configured to utilize the time of operation of the pumps and separately provided installer information such as installer determined pump flow rates and permitted thresholds of operation of the environmental systems to provide a regulatory body with processed data indicative of whether the environmental systems are in compliance with their permitted thresholds. The dialers limit the number of connections with the server to periodically connecting to the server only after a predetermined time period or predetermined events.

摘要: A field device that includes a primary valve, a main actuator, a bypass line, a secondary valve, and a position controller. The primary valve can be configured to adjust a process fluid flow. The main actuator can be configured to control the primary valve. The main actuator includes a working chamber to be subjected with a process fluid and a return device configured to bias the valve member. The bypass line can be configured to fluidly connect an inlet and an outlet of the primary valve to feed the process fluid to the working chamber. The position controller configured to control a pneumatic actuator to control the secondary valve to change a process fluid pressure in the working chamber. The controlling of the pneumatic actuator can include generating a pneumatic control signal based on a position of the primary valve and supplying the pneumatic control signal to the pneumatic actuator.

摘要: A method for controlling a delivery of an agricultural product includes measuring an agricultural product flow rate. The method includes inputting a system target flow rate for an agricultural product delivery system and controlling an agricultural product pressure to approach the system target flow rate. An agricultural product system target pressure corresponding to the system target flow rate based on at least one system pressure characteristic is provided. The agricultural product system target pressure is compared with a measured agricultural product system pressure in a pressure comparison to provide a pressure difference and a system pressure is adjusted according to the pressure difference to approach the agricultural product system target pressure.

摘要: A control system for an operable system such as a flow control system or temperature control system. The system operates in a control loop to regularly update a model with respect at least one optimizable input variable based on the detected variables. The model provides prediction of use of the input variables in all possible operation points or paths of the system variables which achieve an output setpoint. In some example embodiments, the control loop is performed during initial setup and subsequent operation of the one or more operable elements in the operable system. The control system is self-learning in that at least some of the initial and subsequent parameters of the system are determined automatically during runtime.
