摘要: An automated computer-controlled sampling system and related methods for collecting, processing, and analyzing agricultural samples for various chemical properties such as plant available nutrients. The sampling system allows multiple samples to be processed and analyzed for different analytes or chemical properties in a simultaneous concurrent or semi-concurrent manner. Advantageously, the system can process soil samples in the “as collected” condition without drying or grinding. The system generally includes a sample preparation sub-system which receives soil samples collected by a probe collection sub-system and produces a slurry (i.e. mixture of soil, vegetation, and/or manure and water), and a chemical analysis sub-system which processes the prepared slurry samples for quantifying multiple analytes and/or chemical properties of the sample. The sample preparation and chemical analysis sub-systems can be used to analyze soil, vegetation, and/or manure samples.

The agricultural treatment system uses a spraying apparatus for spraying fluid at agricultural objects. The spraying apparatus is configured with a spraying head assembly that includes a moveable spraying head with one or more spraying tips a first motor assembly having a first motor interconnected with the spraying head assembly, wherein the one or more spraying tips pivot and rotate about an axis via a rotation of the first motor to emit a first fluid of the one or more fluids at the agricultural objects.

摘要: An agricultural sprayer system is provided herein that can include a boom assembly having a frame and a boom arm operably coupled with the frame at one end portion thereof. Outer and inner nozzle assemblies can each be supported by the boom arm. The inner nozzle assembly is inboard of the outer nozzle assembly. A sensor can be operably coupled with the boom assembly and configured to capture data associated with the boom arm. A computing system can be communicatively coupled to the sensor. The computing system can be configured to calculate a boom arm movement from a default axis based on the data from the sensor and regulate the outer and inner nozzle assemblies at differing flow rates when the movement exceeds a predefined range.

摘要: A system for dispensing agricultural products includes an agricultural product container having a memory circuit associated therewith for storing data, the stored data including data unique to the container and the quantity of material dispensed including specific rates of application. An application rate meter device is operatively connected to the agricultural product container and is configured to dispense the agricultural product from the agricultural product container. Precision placement equipment includes a placement tube assembly operatively connected to the application rate meter device to place the agricultural products in the desired locations for efficient activity of the agricultural product. Each placement tube assembly is mounted between depth wheels of a depth control wheel assembly of a planter for placement of product in-furrow between the depth wheels.

摘要: An agricultural machine includes a product application system comprising a plurality of actuatable applicator mechanisms, each actuatable applicator mechanism configured to apply a substance on an agricultural surface, an imaging system configured to obtain image data indicative of an image of plant matter on the agricultural surface, and a control system configured to determine a characteristic of the plant matter in an image region defined within the image, control one or more of the actuatable applicator mechanisms to apply the substance on the agricultural surface based on the determined characteristic, and generate a user interface display that displays the image and includes a display element that visually represents the image region within the image.

摘要: A spray system and method for testing the flow rate of individual nozzles in the spray system are disclosed. The spray system can include a spray tank for holding a fluid to be sprayed, a pump in fluid communication with the spray tank, a manifold in fluid communication with the pump, a plurality of spray nozzles in fluid communication with the manifold, a main flow meter located in a first branch line in fluid communication with the pump and the manifold, a nozzle check flow meter located in a second branch line in fluid communication with the pump and the manifold, and a valve assembly for operating the spray system between a normal operation mode and a nozzle test mode, wherein in the normal operation mode, the valve assembly directs flow to the main flow meter, wherein in the nozzle test mode, the valve assembly directs flow to the nozzle check flow meter.

摘要: A system (100) for testing an agricultural implement includes a frame (106) configured to receive a device (104) to be tested. The frame carries a filter (108), a pump (112), a pressure relief valve (116) in fluid communication with the pump outlet, a frame output tube (122) to deliver the flow of fluid from the pump outlet to the device to be tested, a frame return tube (124) to receive the flow of fluid from the device to be tested, and a recycle flow outlet (128). A method of testing includes connecting a device to the frame output tube and the frame return tube, pumping a fluid from the frame output tube to the frame return tube through the device, and measuring a flow rate of the fluid through the device.

The agricultural treatment system uses a treatment unit for spraying fluid at agricultural objects. The treatment unit is configured with a treatment head assembly that includes a moveable treatment head with one or more spraying tips. A first and second motor assembly are operated by the treatment unit to control the movement of the treatment head. The first motor assembly includes a first motor rotatable in a first rotational axis. A first linkage assembly is connected to the first motor and the treatment head assembly. The first linkage assembly is rotatable by the first motor. The second linkage assembly is rotatable by the second motor.
