摘要: A power generation device capable of maximum power tracking includes a power generation assembly and at least one optimizer, the optimizer includes a maximum power tracking circuit, a drive control circuit, a first switch and a second switch arranged in a chip. The maximum power tracking circuit includes a voltage and current detection unit, a multiplier, and a maximum power tracking processing unit, wherein the multiplier is configured to multiply an assembly output voltage of the power generation assembly by an assembly output current of the power generation assembly to obtain an assembly output power of the power generation assembly; the maximum power tracking processing unit is configured to track and determine a current maximum power of the power generation assembly according to the assembly output power, determine the duty ratio signal according to the current maximum power, and send the duty ratio signal to the drive control circuit.

摘要: Multiple dispatchable resources such as energy storage systems, generators, and curtailable loads are used to fulfill electricity usage control instructions by implementing multiple different sets of dispatch instructions. The sets of dispatch instructions vary based on individual status characteristics and aggregate status characteristics of the dispatchable resources in order to use the resources optimally. The resources may in some instances be prioritized according to their status characteristics in order to improve response efficiency, improve cost-effectiveness, reduce errors and flawed fulfillment, and improve the ability of the resources to respond to different kinds of electricity usage control instructions over time.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for maximizing the power of a multi module solar string power generation system, comprising an Injection Circuit (IC), connected to a DC bus and to a string of solar panels, wherein the IC is also connected to at least one separated solar panel of the string. The IC regulates the power production of the connected string and utilizes the excess power to the solar inverter. The IC comprises: (i) a first MPPT mechanism, for finding the MPP of the string; (ii) a second MPPT mechanism, for finding the MPP of the separated panel; (iii) a first DC/DC converter, for converting some of the power, from the separated panel, to regulating power for the connected string; and (iv) a second DC/DC converter, for converting and utilizing, the excess power from the separated panel, to the solar inverter using the DC bus.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for photovoltaic DC direct-fed power generation based on controllable power supply. According to the present invention, the photovoltaic cells are directly connected to the DC microgrid, and the DC bus voltage is flexibly regulated by the controllable power supply in the DC microgrid to enable the photovoltaic cells to operate at the maximum power, thus eliminating the need for a DC interface converter when the photovoltaic cells are connected to the DC bus and reducing the cost and size of the distributed PV power generation system.

摘要: One embodiment provides a method, including: receiving photovoltaic output from a solar module, the solar module comprising a plurality of solar panels electronically connected together by a plurality of strings, wherein the photovoltaic output corresponding to any given one of the strings is limited by the lowest performing solar panel in said given one of the strings; determining a reflection profile for the solar module, wherein the reflection profile describes an illumination pattern of light incident onto the solar module; and increasing, based upon the determined reflection profile, the photovoltaic output of the solar module to match a requested photovoltaic output, wherein the increasing comprises electrically reassigning one or more solar panels within the solar module from one string to a different string, such that each string electrically ties together solar panels that produce a photovoltaic output within a predetermined range of each other.
