摘要: An apparatus for distant detection of ferrous metallic objects includes a plurality of magnetic field sensors and a fingerprint processing system. The plurality of magnetic field sensors each measure an ambient magnetic field. The fingerprint processing system receives, from the plurality of magnetic field sensors, magnetic field data corresponding to the ambient magnetic field. The fingerprint processing system also generates, from the magnetic field data, a magnetic fingerprint image of one or more perturbations of the ambient magnetic field. The plurality of magnetic field sensors is separated from the ferrous metallic objects being detected by a detection distance that is greater than or equal to 0.5 meters.

摘要: A threat detection and isolation system is provided. The system includes a housing having an upper wall and a plurality of sidewalls extending therefrom defining an interior volume. A door is affixed to the housing on at least one of the plurality of sidewalls, the door providing access to the interior volume. A camera is disposed within the housing. At least one sensor is disposed within the housing, wherein the sensor can detect the presence of a predefined dangerous object within the interior volume. Upon detection of the presence of the predefined dangerous object, the door moves to a closed position and a lock engages the door, thereby preventing the door from moving to an open position. In some embodiments, a notification is sent to emergency services via a wireless communication system upon actuation of the sensor.

摘要: The present invention relates to a system and method for inspecting object using a plurality of interlacing radiation energies. The system comprising a radiation module configured for producing and capturing radiation in multiple energy levels to scan the content of the cargo and converting the captured radiation into a plurality of images; and a controller configured for signalling the radiation module to start or to stop producing radiation and for controlling the energy level and pulse frequency of the radiation produced by the radiation module. The system further comprising a processor configured for determining whether the cargo contains any contraband or not by analysing the plurality of images, classifying the cargo based on types of materials and substance groups and highlighting region on an analysed image of the same substance by bounding perimeter of the object within a material-colour image for the material.

摘要: A system includes a first device with a primary screening area; a second device with a secondary screening area different from the primary screening area; and processor circuitry. The first device includes a first antenna and a first communication device; the second device includes a second antenna and a second communication device. The first antenna irradiates an electromagnetic wave to a target in the primary screening area and receives an electromagnetic wave reflected by the target; the second antenna irradiates an electromagnetic wave to the target in the secondary screening area and receives an electromagnetic wave reflected by the target; and the processor circuitry determines a possibility that the target possesses a predetermined article, based on a level of the electromagnetic wave received by the first antenna, and determines that screening by the second device is required for the target in accordance with the possibility. The first communication device transmits, to the second device, first information identifying that screening by the second device is required for the target; and the processor circuitry makes the second antenna start irradiation of the electromagnetic wave when the second communication device receives the first information.
