摘要: An imaging device including a semiconductor substrate; a first photoelectric converter that is located in the semiconductor substrate and that generates a first signal charge by photoelectric conversion; a first node to which the first signal charge is input; a capacitor having a first terminal coupled to the first node; and a second photoelectric converter that is located in the semiconductor substrate and that generates a second signal charge by photoelectric conversion. The area of the second photoelectric converter is greater than the area of the first photoelectric converter in a plan view, and the number of saturation charges of a first imaging cell including the first photoelectric converter and the capacitor is greater than the number of saturation charges of a second imaging cell including the second photoelectric converter.

摘要: Improved optical modulation is provided in materials which are both piezoelectric and optically isotropic. This enables an acousto-optic modulator configuration with a longitudinal interaction geometry for the optical and acoustic waves which also provides a large acceptance angle. Preferably, the acoustic modulation is at a frequency that corresponds to a mechanical resonance of the modulator window.

摘要: System, methods, and other embodiments described herein relate to an improved camera system including directional optics to estimate depth of grayscale images. In one embodiment, the camera system includes a lens that receives light associated with a scene and an inverter that inverts the light from the lens. The camera system also includes a metasurface that resolves an angle of the light from the inverter according to parameters of the metasurface. The camera system also includes a detector that senses the light from the metasurface to form image data by integrating intensity of the light per pixel to estimate depth of an object in the scene.

摘要: The present embodiment of the present invention relates to a lens driving device, comprising: a housing; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a first coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet which is disposed on the housing and faces the first coil; a base disposed under the housing; a substrate which is disposed on an upper surface of the base and comprises a circuit member including a second coil facing the magnet; an upper elastic member disposed on an upper portion of the bobbin and coupled to the bobbin and the housing; a support member coupled to the upper elastic member; and a terminal member elastically connecting the support member with the substrate, wherein the terminal member comprises; a first connector coupled to the substrate; and a second connector coupled to the support member; and wherein the second connector is disposed at a position lower than the first connector.

The third front lens group-holding frame (24B) is fixed by a magnetic force between the first magnets (56A) and inner and outer yokes (58C, 58D) provided on the fourth lens group base-holding frame (26A) in a case where the application of current to the first coil (56C) is stopped.
