摘要： In a checkin gate apparatus, a seat table for checking practically occupied seats and also unoccupied seat deleting function are additionally provided to check which seats remain unoccupied, before the departure of passenger transport means such as airplanes. Further, unoccupied seat assigning function is provided for receiving tickets on which no seat is assigned and assigning an unoccupied seat thereto before departure. Since non-booked passengers can wait for an unoccupied seat at a boarding gate, it is possible to quickly achieve unoccupied seat assigning work.

摘要： In some embodiments, an electronic ticket verification system may include a beacon device having a radio that is configured to broadcast a beacon address to a mobile device having a screen display, a radio, a processor, and an electronic ticket stored within a data store. The electronic ticket may include graphical depictions of the electronic ticket in locked, redeemable, and redeemed states, and a ticket beacon address. The processor of the mobile device may display the graphical depiction of the electronic ticket in the redeemable state when the radio of the mobile device receives the broadcasted beacon address from the beacon device that matches the ticket beacon address, and the processor may change the electronic ticket from the redeemable state to the redeemed state by no longer receiving the matching broadcasted beacon address or response to input received through the touch screen display of the mobile device.

摘要： Tickets with customer markable areas are insertable into an input slot facing the agent side of the processor, an input slot facing the customer side of the processor, or by either the agent or the customer into an input slot located on the top of the processor. The slots feed different points along an arcuate channel. The end of the channel is located at the beginning of a straight line transport path passing through a ticket reader and a ticket printer to an output slot facing the agent side of the processor. A single drive motor, actuated by a ticket sensor at the end of the channel, provides power to all of the drive rollers. A lock-out mechanism located in the channel prevents tickets from being inserted from the agent side or the top surface if a ticket has been received from the customer side, and prevents tickets from being inserted from the customer side if a ticket has been received from the agent side.

These wheels can both output a ticket towards a user (arrow F3) and receive a ticket from a user for inspection (arrow F4). Apparatus of this nature can thus create new tickets, inspect unused tickets and return them, and inspect used tickets, cancel them and retain them (arrow F5).
