摘要: A resin composition contains a base resin including a polyolefin and an inorganic filler including silicon dioxide and surface-treated with a silane coupling agent. A remaining rate R of the inorganic filler in a fractured frozen surface is 50% or more. The remaining rate R is calculated using the following expression (1). R=(Df/Dc)×100 . . . (1). Df represents a density of the inorganic filler remaining in a fractured surface of a sheet formed of the resin composition containing the base resin and the inorganic filler, when the sheet is immersed in liquid nitrogen for 1 hour and then fractured. Dc represents a reference density of the inorganic filler detected in a cut surface of the sheet formed of the resin composition, when the sheet is cut at 24° C. using a focused ion beam without being frozen.

摘要: An object is to achieve excellent wear resistance in a case where a flexible portion is partially formed in a protection member formed by hot-pressing a nonwoven fabric. A wire harness has a wire harness main body including at least one electric wire and a protection member. The protection member includes a path regulating portion formed by hot-pressing a nonwoven member in a state of covering at least a portion of the wire harness main body, and a bendable portion formed by covering the wire harness main body with the nonwoven member, adjacent to the path regulating portion along an extending direction of the wire harness main body, the bendable portion being more readily bent than the path regulating portion and being more depressed than the path regulating portion.

摘要: A cable wherein it is possible to prevent a pair of conductors from coming into contact with one another by disposing an inner insulator between the pair of conductors, and to prevent damages to a power source circuit and such caused by the flow of overcurrent. A cable (100) is used when supplying power to a storage battery on a moving body. A first conductor (101) is connected to a positive electrode. A second conductor (102) is connected to a negative electrode. A third insulator (106) is disposed between the first conductor (101) and the second conductor (102), thereby preventing the first conductor (101) and the second conductor (102) from coming into contact with one another. A fourth insulator (107) covers the first conductor (101), the second conductor (102), and the third insulator (106).

摘要: A cable for supplying power to an electric submersible pump (ESP) includes a helically disposed electrical conductor, at least one polymer layer extruded to embed the helically disposed electrical conductor, and a seam-welded metallic tube drawn over the hard polymer layer, all providing resistance to corrosive chemicals at high downhole pressures and temperatures. In an implementation, the helical disposition of cable components, added cushioning polymers and geometry, and a non-leaded metallic tube compensate for stress and differential thermal expansion to keep the cable protected from intrusion of corrosive chemicals. An example method of manufacture includes extruding a polymer layer to embed the helically disposed electrical conductor, seam-welding a metal strip to form a metallic tube around the polymer layer, and drawing the metallic tube down to fit tightly around the polymer layer.

摘要: The invention provides a wire harness that is low cost and has versatility regarding a wire holding. In a wire harness, a wire holder 17 is used to hold wires. The wire holder 17 is formed by bending a strip with stiffness. The wire holder 17 has a pair of retaining arms 24 that retain opposite ends of the bending part 20 respectively and a connecting arm 25 that connects the retaining arms 24. In the flexing portion 25, a first unbending stopper 26 of which an intermediate part is contacted at an inside curvature forming portion 22 closer than an outside curvature forming portion 21 of the bending part 20 is formed.
