Abstract: A method for developing an epoxy resin impregnated glass fiber Direct Current (DC) bushing, comprising: according to length parameters of each layer of capacitive screen or resistive screen designed depending on insulation requirements, selecting bushing design parameters, determining a winding machine program according to the bushing design parameters, and winding a core body according to the winding machine program, wherein during the core body winding process, the core body begins to be initially cured; after the core body is wound, curing the core body by an oven according to a preset oven temperature and duration; machining the cured core body according to a preset core body design drawing; after the inner wall of a flange is polished and cleaned and is heated and pretreated by the oven, injecting glue at the position of a glue injection hole of the flange for gluing the core body and the flange; sequentially assembling a collector ring, a hollow composite insulator, and a voltage-equalizing sealing cover on the glued core body, and mounting a conducting rod, a wiring board, and a voltage-equalizing ball; and performing various tests on the bushing according to a preset bushing standard for a DC system.

Abstract: A basic insulating plug and an electric system. The basic insulating plug includes an insulating housing, a first conductor, a first RFID tag and insulating filler. The first conductor includes a first end arranged in the insulating housing. The first RFID tag is located at an end surface of the first end or on a lateral side of the first conductor. The first RFID includes a temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature of the first conductor, an integrated circuit coupled to the temperature sensor and configured to receive a signal indicative of the temperature from the temperature sensor, and an antenna coupled to the IC and configured to transmit temperature data based on the signal and receive electric power for powering the RFID tag. The insulating filler is adapted to fix the first RFID to the first conductor by filling a void between the first conductor and an internal surface of the insulating housing.

Abstract: Provided are devices, methods and systems. A cover system may include a unitary cold shrinkable, tubular, elastomeric cover sleeve defining a cover sleeve through passage that is configured to receive the electrical cable. The cover sleeve may include a first type of stress control element and a second type of stress control element that is different from the first type of stress control element. A holdout maintains the cover sleeve in an expanded state in which the cover sleeve is elastically expanded and when removed, permits the cover sleeve to radially contract to a contracted state about the electrical cable. The first type of stress control element includes a geometric stress cone that includes an electrically conductive and/or semiconductive portion that is configured to conductively engage a semiconductor layer of the electrical cable. The second type of stress control element includes a high-K stress relief element.

The second armor layer can be constructed from a plurality of three-wire strands and/or single wires and compressed partially into the third jacket layer. The three-wire strands can be symmetric or asymmetric and can be compacted or non-compacted.
