摘要: The compressed-gas breaker has a movable contact member (1) and a fixed contact member (2) having in each case at least one arcing contact (6, 7) as well as, fixed on the movable contact member (1), a pressure space (10) of a volume independent of the switching travel and storing arc-compressed quenching gas in breaking, and has an insulating nozzle (8) arranged coaxially to the two contact members (1, 2). With this breaker, the parting speed of the arcing contacts (6, 7) is increased significantly with respect to the drive speed without an appreciable increase in its drive energy and without changing its quenching geometry. The arcing contact (7) of the fixed contact member (2) being guided displaceably in axial direction in a sliding contact (14) and being part of a converter element is operated by the movable contact member (7) and arranged downstream of the nozzle constriction (9) of the insulating nozzle (8). In breaking, this converter element transfers the movement of the movable contact member (1) oppositely onto the arcing contact (7) of the fixed contact member (2).

In the crossbar structure of the electromagnetic contactor, the electromagnetic contactor includes a crossbar configured to move up and down and a moving contact point disposed on an installation groove, which is formed on the crossbar in a vertical direction, and brought in contact with or separated from a fixed contact point. In this case, the installation groove includes an insertion part into which the moving contact point is inserted and assemblable and an operating part closely formed enough to prevent the moving contact point from being flipped when the moving contact point moves up and down.

摘要: A locking device is fitted in a drive device of a power switch to prevent the switch shaft from rebounding from its off position. The locking device (6) comprises a retainer (7) on the switch shaft (1) and a clamp (10) pivotable about a fixed bearing. 摘要: A self extinguishing type gas circuit breaker includes a body member having a first end connected to a terminal plate and a second end with a nozzle formed of electrical insulation material and defining a nozzle opening in communication with the interior of the body member. The interior of the body member includes an arcing chamber adjacent the nozzle and a gas storage chamber, such chambers being filled with an arc extinguishing gas. A stationary arc contact is electrcially connected to the terminal plate and is positioned within the body member at a location confronting the nozzle opening. A movable arc contact is mounted for movement through the nozzle opening between a circuit breaker closed position, whereat the movable arc contact extends through the nozzle into closed circuit contact with the stationary arc contact, and a circuit breaker open position, whereat the movable arc contact is spaced outwardly from the nozzle. Outward movement of the movable arc contact from the closed position to the open position during application of an arcing current between the stationary and movable arc contacts creates an arc. The energy of this arc increases the pressure of the arc extinguishing gas in the arcing chamber and then in the gas storage chamber. Partitions divide the gas storage chamber into a plurality of sub-chambers. A valve is positioned between the arcing chamber and at least some of the outlets of the sub-chambers and is mounted for movement away from the arcing chamber in response to the increase in pressure of the gas therein. The valve connects the arcing chamber with a number of the sub-chambers sufficient to ensure that, dependent on the relative level of the arcing current and the pressure in the arcing chamber, the pressure of the gas stored in such number of sub-chambers will achieve extinction of the arc.

摘要: A gas blast circuit breaker has fixed and movable contact sets, the latter mounted on a cylinder slidable on a fixed piston to generate a gas blast on separation of the contact sets. Each contact set consists of radially inner and outer contacts, the inner contacts separating later than the outer. A gas blast nozzle mounted on the cylinder and between the radially inner and outer movable contacts has a throat downstream of the inner contact, communicating with the interior of the cylinder by way of an inner duct containing the inner contact, and an annular outer duct, so arranged that on separation of the contacts relatively cool fresh quenching gas is directed through the inner duct over the inner contact and arc.
