摘要: A circuit protection device includes a base assembly, a spring on top of the base, a conductive terminal that fits over the base and spring, and a cap that first over the base, spring and terminal. The base includes latches on the front side of the base. The conductive terminal includes a first end on the front side of the base and a second end on a rear side of the base that is opposite to the front side. The cap includes a first protrusion extending downward from the cap above one of the latches and a second protrusion extending downward from the cap above the other latch. The circuit protection device also includes a means for activating the circuit protection device after reflow in response to a force applied to the cap in a first direction defined from a top of the cap towards the base.

摘要: A protection element is provided which is capable of stably retaining a flux on a soluble conductor at a predetermined position and is capable of checking a retention state of the flux, enabling a speedy blowout of the soluble conductor in the event of an abnormality. This protection element includes: a soluble conductor 13 which is disposed on an insulation baseboard 11 and is connected to an electric power supply path of a device targeted to be protected, to cause a blowout by means of a predetermined abnormal electric power; a flux 19 which is coated onto a surface of the soluble conductor 13; and an insulation cover 14 which is mounted on the baseboard 11 with the soluble conductor 13 being covered therewith. The insulation cover 14 is provided with an opening porting 20 made of a through hole which is opposite to the soluble conductor 13. The flux 19 comes into contact with a peripheral edge part of the opening portion 20, retaining the flux 19 at a predetermined position on the soluble conductor 13.

摘要: An electrical protection system, which can be connected between an electrical power supply and an electrical load, firstly includes a switch switchable between a normal state in which the switch is electrically connected in series between the power supply and the load such that an operating current passes through the switch and the load, and a fault sate in which the switch is disconnected with the load such that no current passes through the load. The switch switches to the fault state in an over-current or an over-temperature situation. The system further includes a controller operable in an open state when the switch operates in the normal state, in which state the controller is electrically disconnected from the power supply such that no current passes through the controller, or a closed state when the switch operates in the fault state, in which state the controller is electrically connected in series between the switch and the power supply such that a self-holding current passes through the switch and the controller. The controller operates to automatically set the switch to the normal state when the self-holding current is off.

摘要: Method for forming a toner image on a photosensitive material bearing an electrostatic latent image comprising(a) introducing a one component developer consisting of fine toner particles, said toner particles comprising ferromagnetic powder dispersed in a resin such that at least a portion of said ferromagnetic powder is not totally encased by said resin, said toner particles being capable of accepting a triboelectric charge and having a specific resistivity of 10.sup.14 ohm.cm,into a toner vessel which includes a regulating plate for controlling the amount of toner to be fed,(b) feeding said toner onto a toner feeder comprising a non-magnetic cylinder drum and a plurality of magnets disposed therein so that north and south poles are directed to the inner surface of said non-magnetic cylinder,(c) carrying said toner along said non-magnetic cylinder into close proximity to said electrostatic latent image,said toner particles developing a triboelectric charge of a polarity opposite to that of said electrostatic latent image during steps (a) through (c) in the absence of a corona discharging device, and(d) bringing said toner particles into contact with said electrostatic latent image.
