    摘要: A magnetron includes a yoke, an anode unit including an anode cylinder, radially arranged vanes, and first and second pole pieces at both sides of the anode cylinder, a cathode unit having a filament spaced apart from the vanes, and an output unit having an antenna lead connected to one vane to radiate high-frequency microwaves. The first pole piece includes a first flat portion, a slope at an inner side of the first flat portion, a second flat portion at an inner side of the slope and having a diameter of 9.5˜10.5 mm, a first hole formed in the second flat portion and having a diameter of 8˜8.2 mm, and a second hole formed in the slope for penetration of the antenna lead. The magnetron achieves higher and stabilized efficiency, restricted oscillation efficiency variation, lower energy consumption, and improved load stability without deterioration of oscillation efficiency.

    摘要: A magnetron includes a positive polar cylinder, a plurality of vanes, a filament, upper and lower shields, and upper and lower pole pieces. The vanes are disposed in the positive polar cylinder to constitute a positive polar section. The filament is disposed on an axis of the positive polar cylinder to define an activating space. The upper and lower shields cover a top and bottom of the filament, respectively. The upper and lower pole pieces are disposed to induce magnetic flux into the activating space. The upper shield preferably has a diameter ranging from 6.95 mm to 7.10 mm. Additionally, the lower shield preferably has a diameter ranging from 6.95 mm to 7.10 mm.

    摘要: Cost-effective, simple, low-noise, crossed-field devices such as a microwave magnetron, a microwave oven utilizing same, and crossed-field amplifier utilize an azimuthally varying, axial magnetic field. The magnetic configuration reduces and eliminates microwave and radio frequency noise. This microwave noise is present near the carrier frequency and as sidebands, far separated from the carrier. The device utilizes azimuthally-varying, axial, magnetic field perturbations. At least one permanent perturbing magnet having an azimuthally-varying magnetic field impressed thereupon causes the axial magnetic field to vary azimuthally in the magnetron and completely eliminates the microwave noise and unwanted frequencies. Preferably, the number of axial magnetic field perturbations is based on the number of cavities of the magnetron.

The filament is disposed on an axis of the positive polar cylinder to form an activating space together with front end surfaces of the vanes and emit thermions. The upper and lower shields cover a top and bottom of the filament, respectively. The upper and lower pole pieces are spaced apart from the upper and lower shields, respectively, to induce magnetic flux in the activating space. In the present invention, the upper shield has a bottom surface formed to be entirely protruded downwardly, and the lower shield has a top surface formed to be entirely protruded upwardly.
