Abstract:
One or more multiphase power converters are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a power supply via a high potential line and a low potential line, respectively, convert DC power of the power supply into multiphase alternate current power by operations of a plurality of inverter switching elements, and apply a voltage to each of phase windings of a multiphase winding set. A DC rotating machine switch including switches on a high potential side and a low potential side connected in series via a DC motor terminal connected to a second terminal that is an end of the DC rotating machine on an opposite side to a first terminal. The DC rotating machine switch generates a voltage of the DC motor terminal variable by switching. A control unit controls operations of the inverter switching elements and the DC rotating machine switch.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an analyzing apparatus including a first drive part (71) for rotating a turntable (101) on which an analyzing device is set, a second drive part (72) selectively engaged with the first drive part (71) to reciprocate the analyzing device, and a third drive part (73) for relatively moving the first drive part (71) and the second drive part (72) a position where the first and second drive parts are engaged with each other and a position where the first and second drive parts are not engaged with each other. Thus in the mixing and agitation of a small amount of fluid, necessary acceleration can be obtained even in a short time.
Abstract:
A method for determining supply requirements for a motor control system includes determining a performance profile for each of a plurality of drive units. A power supply parameter for each drive unit is generated based on the performance profiles. The power supply parameters for the drive units are combined to generate a rating parameter for the motor control system. In some embodiments, instructions for implementing the method may be encoded on a program storage device or programmed into a processing device for execution.
Abstract:
In a multi-output power conversion circuit which drives a polyphase AC motor and another device but the polyphase AC motor using a DC power source, a transformer is connected to the neutral point of the polyphase AC motor, an AC voltage at a zero-phase voltage frequency is obtained from the transformer, and the other device is loaded with the AC voltage.
Abstract:
A controller for controlling an actuator in response to an input signal. The controller includes a first control block and a second control block. The first control block receives the input signal, detects an operating condition of the input signal, and responsively produces an operating condition signal. The operating condition signal has a first value if the operating condition of the input signal is in a small signal mode and a second value if the operating condition of the input signal is in a saturated mode. The second control block has a small signal portion and a saturation portion. The second control block is adapted to receive the input signal and the operating condition signal and responsively deliver to the actuator a control signal.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a servo motor control system in which an electric motor is instantaneously energized by movement of a relatively weak servo motor of the type normally actuated by radio controls in a radio control model. The electric control motor is controlled in forward and reverse rotation and drives one element of a switch controlling the motor with the other element being driven by the servo motor.
Abstract:
A method is provided for driving a motor apparatus having a first motor, a second motor, and a motor power supply commonly used for the first motor and the second motor. The first motor is a brushless motor. An electrical power is supplied from the motor power supply to driving circuits of the first motor and the second motor through a common motor power supply line. The first motor is driven by a direct PWM driving method, and the second motor is driven by a method different from the direct PWM driving method. A reverse regeneration current generated in the first motor is flown to the second motor through the common motor power supply line.

Abstract:
A control system for a material handling device such as a drag line in which additional power required for a first motion, such as hoisting, may be obtained from the power source for a second motion such as drag and conversely additional power for the second motion may be obtained from the power available for the first motion under specified conditions.
