Abstract:
A customer service business implementation method and system, a computer device, and a readable medium. The method is applied to a customer service system, and comprises: in the case that a customer service system and a user terminal perform audio/video interaction through an audio/video channel, sending first multimedia information to an IMS to request the IMS to establish a data channel between the IMS and the user terminal and send the first multimedia information to the user terminal through the data channel, wherein the first multimedia information is multimedia interaction information that has been synchronized and associated with audio/video information sent through the audio/video channel, and is used for prompting a user of the user terminal to feed back information.
Abstract:
A user data system management method, a communication device, and a storage medium. The user data system management method may include: acquiring a load parameter of each of a plurality of user data systems; and performing allocation processing of user data in the plurality of user data systems according to the load parameter such that the load parameter is less than a load threshold.
Abstract:
Provided are a data transmission method and device, terminal, and server, the method comprising: caching a data IP package generated by an upper layer application before reaching a package assembling point; encapsulating cached data IP packages as a data payload in a new IP package after reaching the package assembling point; configuring a destination address in the new IP package to be a proxy server address; and sending the new IP package to the proxy server.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an antenna, the antenna includes a metal trace, an antenna feeder, and a power connector set on a printed circuit board (PCB), wherein the metal trance and the antenna feeder are connected at a feed point, the antenna is configured with a reactive element on one surface of the PCB board which is opposite to or the same with the surface where the feed point is located; and when a radio frequency signal of the antenna is at a low frequency, the reactive element is conducted, and when a radio frequency signal of the antenna is at a high frequency, the reactive element is disconnected, or when a radio frequency signal of the antenna is at a low frequency, the reactive element is disconnected, and when a radio frequency signal of the antenna is at a high frequency, a control switch of the reactive element is conducted.
Abstract:
A communication method, a signaling control network element, a media control network element and a communication system. The communication method comprises: acquiring a transparent transmission channel creation request; performing, according to the transparent transmission channel creation request, negotiation processing on a media control network element and a first terminal device corresponding to a first terminal identifier, so as to create a transparent transmission channel between the media control network element and the first terminal device; obtaining a first resource identifier of an application entity according to the transparent transmission channel creation request; and sending the first resource identifier to the media control network element, so that the media control network element determines a data transmission relationship between the transparent transmission channel and the application entity corresponding to an application identifier.
Abstract:
A multimedia cloud service method, a communication cloud system and a computer readable storage medium are disclosed. The method may include, receiving, by the signaling cloud system, a media service request; controlling, according to the media service request, by the signaling cloud system, the media control entity to process the media service rule; and establishing, according to the media service rule, by the media control entity, a media data interaction path between the terminal device and the media exchange entity.
Abstract:
Provided are a data transmission method and device. The method includes: processing a first data packet to be sent by using a compression strategy obtained in advance from a receiving end, deleting specified duplicated data comprised in the compression strategy in the first data packet; generating a second data packet to be sent from the processed first data packet, where the second data packet includes a modification record field for indicating the deleted duplicated data; and sending the second data packet to the receiving end.
Abstract:
The present document discloses an antenna unit and a terminal. The antenna unit disclosed by the present document includes an antenna circuit board, at least two neighboring antennas and an electromagnetic coupling module used for isolating coupling signal transmission between two neighboring antennas, wherein the electromagnetic coupling module is connected in series between the two neighboring antennas. The present document uses the electromagnetic coupling module to isolate signal transmission between the two neighboring antennas, i.e., electric signals in the two antennas are unable to be transmitted to opposite end, thereby reducing signal coupling between the neighboring antennas and improving the isolation between the two neighboring antennas.
Abstract:
A registration method, device and system for a third-party payment platform are provided. The method includes: a third-party payment platform sends registration information of a user to a banking system for verification; when the registration information carries first identification information, after the verification of the registration information is passed, a verification code is sent to a user corresponding to the first identification information; when the registration information does not carry the first identification information, after the verification of the registration information is passed, a query instruction for querying the first identification information is sent to the banking system; the first identification information fed back by the banking system according to the query instruction is received; and the verification code is sent to the user indicated by the first identification information.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and a device for anchoring media in a voice call continuity service. The method includes: dividing media carried in a multimedia type session into a first type of media and a second type of media, wherein the first type of media is media which is supported by an ATGW, and the second type of media is media which is not supported by the ATGW; and anchoring the first type of media to the ATGW and transparently transmitting the second type of media. By means of the technical solution, the technical problems in the related art that it is unable to directly anchor call media due to the fact that an ATCF is probably unable to support all types of media, etc. are solved, so that channels for anchored media can be quickly connected, the voice continuity can be guaranteed, and the user experience can be improved.
