    摘要: Provided is a tool tight-contact-state detector for a machine tool which is capable of accurately and stably detecting whether or not a tool or a tool holder having the tool attached thereto is mounted to a main spindle in tight contact therewith. While rotation of a main spindle (13) is stopped, hydraulic pressure is supplied from a hydraulic pressure supply unit (28) to a cylinder section (20) so as to bring a piston member (21) to into contact with a main spindle head (11) and the main spindle (13) against a biasing force from an O-ring (22). Air is thereby allowed to be supplied to air ejection holes (27a, 27b, 27c), which are formed in a forward end face (13a) of the main spindle (13), from the main spindle head (11) side through the piston member (21). Then, a judgment is made as to whether or not an end face (41) of a tool (2) and a forward end face (13a) of the main spindle (13) are in tight contact therewith, on the basis of detection by air pressure detection sensors (25a, 25b, 25c) regarding pressure variations in the air injected from the air ejection holes (27a, 27b, 27c).

At least one position sensor is provided for detecting individual actual position values of the stop positions independently from one another. The control path is active in positions between the nominal stop positions; the mechanical terminal stop positions; or the nominal stop positions and the mechanical terminal stop positions. Based on acquired actual position values of the at least one functional part, the speed and acceleration of the at least one functional part are determined by NC-control.

    摘要: An apparatus for chucking and releasing a conical shank of a tool or an additional aggregate on tool machines, particularly drilling and milling machines. The apparatus has a hollow spindle which is supported in a spindle housing and has at its lower end which faces the conical shank a receiving cone for the shank. A draw rod is supported for axial movement limited by a lower and an upper stop, is rotatably movable in the spindle, has at its end which faces the shank threads which can be screwed into threads on the shank, and is connected at its upper end to a drive motor rotor so as to be fixed against rotation but axially movable with respect thereto. Both stops are provided on a sleeve which concentrically surrounds the draw rod. The sleeve is supported on a spring arrangement. It is movable axially downwardly with respect to the spindle under the action of a hydraulically operated piston against the chucking force of the spring arrangement in a direction toward the receiving cone.
