摘要： A rotary machine may have multiple stations that have a linear motion operated by a cam and a rotational motion operated by individual motors mounted on each station. Each station may perform a motion profile that is proportional to the machine's central axis rotation or, in some cases, independent of the central axis rotation. In some embodiments, each station may rotate to orient a part prior to processing. In one embodiment, the cam driven linear motion may enable a station to lower for loading and unloading, then raise for processing. The rotary machine may have various mechanisms at each station for processing a part. One such embodiment is a rotary machine that may be outfitted with compound dispensing mechanisms at each station.

摘要： A machine tool is provided, in particular for the synchronous machining of workpieces. The tool includes two or more spindle units (2, 3), which run parallel in a machining unit and are designed to hold workpieces and repositioning devices for the precise adjustment of the position of the spindle units (2, 3) in relation to one another, preferably in all three directions x, y and z of the orthogonal co-ordinate system in the machining unit (4). The repositioning devices for displacing at least one of the spindle units (2, 3), at least in an x and/or y direction, include an eccentric bush (5, 6), which can be rotated about a central shaft (B1, B2) and locked and in which the spindle units (2, 3) are mounted eccentrically, parallel to the central shaft (B1, B2).

摘要： The present invention is a device for playing a cartridge for dispersing scented materials into a room. The cartridge generally has a plurality of scent elements supported on a rotatable disk. The device includes a housing, a blower assembly, a platter, a motor, first and second sensors and a control unit. The housing has a cavity for receiving the cartridge and is formed with an air intake and an exhaust port. The blower assembly is mounted within the housing for generating an airflow by drawing air in through the air intake over the cavity to diffuse at least one of the plurality of scent elements out through the exhaust port. The platter is configured to engage the rotatable disk and is rotated by the motor. The platter, first and second sensors and a control unit cooperate to control the rotation of the disk. The device can also include a heating element for activating the scent elements.

The steel beads are held in respective ones of the spaces defined by the sloping trenches and the recesses, and are positioned next to a gear secured on the shaft such that when the piston is actuated for moving the tool disk towards the secured position, the steel beads will push the gear with multiplied force output while being rolled along the sloping trenches.

摘要： The present invention is a device for playing a cartridge for dispersing scented materials into a room. The cartridge generally has a plurality of scent elements supported on a rotatable disk. The device includes a housing, a blower assembly, a platter, a motor, first and second sensors and a control unit. 摘要： An indexing system for the rotary work changer of a machining center for supporting and interchanging work-holder pallets between the machining zone and the load/unload zone of the machining center. The indexing system comprises a hydraulically powered rotary actuator attached to the work changer and having first and second ports, a hydraulic fluid pressure line and a hydraulic fluid return line, a directional valve for connecting the hydraulic fluid pressure line to either one of the first and second ports of the actuator depending on the desired direction of rotation of the work changer, and for connecting the other of the actuator first and second ports to the hydraulic fluid return line, a control valve connected between the actuator first and second ports and the directional valve to regulate the flow of return fluid from the actuator so as to cause the work changer to accelerate, reach a maximum speed and then decelerate to a slow speed just before reaching the desired one of its first and second positions.

摘要： A new and improved indexing table for supporting a workpiece on a machine tool and the like includes a base with a workpiece supporting table carried on a support shaft journaled for rotation to index the workpiece for machine tool operations. A drive system is provided for rotating the table in one direction about a longitudinal axis of the support shaft and an indexing wheel is provided on the shaft having a plurality of index slots spaced angularly around the periphery for securing the table in selected indexing positions. A shot pin is provided for engaging selected slots in the wheel to lock the table in a fixed position and when the shot pin is retracted, the table is then permitted to rotate toward a next indexing position. Removable stops are insertable into the index wheel at selected positions corresponding to index slots therein and the stops in combination with a stop system are effective to arrest rotation of the workpiece and supporting table as the table is rotationally indexed toward and reaches a next selected index position.
