Likewise, the invention relates to a method for the production of these glass-ceramics. The glass-ceramics according to the invention are used as dental material.

摘要: The invention relates to a set of porous zirconia dental mill blanks comprising at least two differently colored porous zirconia dental mill blanks, the porous zirconia dental mill blanks comprising zirconia, yttria, coloring ions, and optionally alumina, comprising multiple layers with different yttria content, having a bottom layer and a top layer, the content of yttria and coloring ions in mol % changing in opposite direction to each other from the bottom layer to the top layer, and the content of yttria and coloring ions in mol % being adjusted to provide an essentially constant ratio of the sum of yttria and coloring ions in mol % between the top layer and the bottom layer for the at least two differently colored zirconia dental mill blanks. The invention also relates to a process of producing such a set.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of fabricating an improved lithium silicate glass ceramic and to that material for the manufacture of blocks for dental appliances using a CAD/CAM process and hot pressing system. The lithium silicate material has a chemical composition that is different from those reported in the prior art with 1 to 10% of germanium dioxide in final composition. The softening points are close to the crystallization final temperature of 800° C. indicating that the samples will support the temperature process without shape deformation.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for additive manufacturing of a position sensitive colored ceramic article comprising: a) providing at least one flowable ceramic component; b) forming a green body by sequential deposition of the ceramic component provided in step a) and optionally a support material not intended to be part of the final article; c) position sensitive application of a coloring substance in a solvent to at least a part of the surface of the green body formed in step b), wherein the coloring substance is applied simultaneously to the sequential deposition; d) heat treatment or curing of at least a part of the green body surface obtained in step c); wherein the method steps a)-d) are at least performed once; e) optionally removing the support material from the green body; and f) sintering the green body to obtain the ceramic article; wherein the coloring substance is a dyestuff according to ISO 18451-1:2019(E). In addition, the present invention relates to a system adapted to perform the method and a control data set configured, when implemented in an additive manufacturing system, to cause the system to execute the steps of the inventive method.

摘要: The invention relates to the use of a printing sol as construction material in an additive manufacturing process for producing a 3-dim article, the printing sol comprising solvent(s), nano-sized crystalline zirconia particles in an amount from 2 to 25 vol.-% with respect to the volume of the sol, the average primary particle size of the nano-sized crystalline zirconia particles being in a range up to 50 nm, a first monomer being a polymerizable surface modification agent represented by formula A-B, with A being capable of attaching to the surface of the nano-sized crystalline zirconia particles and B being a radiation curable group, optionally a second monomer, the second monomer comprising at least one radiation curable moiety but no acidic or silane group(s), photo initiator(s). The invention also relates to a ceramic article obtainable according to such a process.
