    Abstract: An absorbent article comprising a topsheet, a backsheet joined to the topsheet, and an absorbent core positioned intermediate the topsheet and the backsheet and comprising a core absorbent material, in which the core absorbent material comprises superabsorbent polymers with a bio-based content from about 5% to about 100% using ASTM D6866-10, method B and the absorbent article comprises a polyolefin content of at least about 90% by weight, based on a total weight of the absorbent article excluding the core absorbent material.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an absorbent article absorbing and housing human excrements and urine, the absorbent article being wearable by an incontinent subject and adapted to absorb urine. The absorbent article includes, in its structure at the height of its central portion, a composition with variable grain size with clay and thickening polymer base, the composition compacting and neutralizing the bacterial action of feces, the absorbent article also having a tray-like housing adapted to house feces, the composition able to found on the internal surfaces of the housing and being coated with a suitable film of biocompatible material capable of being dissolved in contact with feces at the inlet into the housing, the composition compacting and neutralizing the feces present in the housing, the latter also being provided with a closure system with superimposed tabs which allows the entrance of the feces via gravity within the housing.

    Abstract: This invention provides a cell line of M2C macrophage and its applications. The cell line is derived from monocytes isolated from bone marrows and peripheral blood. The monocytes were differentiated into M2 macrophage by macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF), and then the polarization of M2C macrophage was induced by baicalin. The MERTK, PTX3, and PD-L1 expression level of the M2C macrophage are high and promote phagocytosis. Hence it can be applied to cell therapy or biological agents of immune regulation. Also, the macrophage-conditioned medium and wound dressing prepared on the M2C cell have the effects of enhancing fibroblast proliferation and angiogenesis, which can improve wound healing in medical use, and can be applied to skin care product for skin repair and rejuvenation.
