摘要: A light diffusion plate is configured to be assembled with a blue light source module having blue Mini LEDs to form a white light backlight module. The light diffusion plate is added with organic dyes with light-emission wavelength of 490-650 nm in order to convert the blue light into white light. The light diffusion plate is made by a foaming extrusion process and contains a plurality of micro-bubbles with a size of 60-400 μm and a weight-reduction ratio of 15-25% for improving the uniformity of white light and resolving the MURA problem. The size of micro-bubbles is controlled by reducing the temperature of at the exit end of the T-die head, such that the wavelength of the white light emitted from the light diffusion plate can be narrower to achieve the effect of wider color gamut display.

摘要: This disclosure provides a fluorine-containing mixture and a fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane using the fluorine-containing mixture as a raw material, as well as preparation methods and applications for the fluorine-containing mixture and the fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane. The fluorine-containing mixture of the present disclosure comprises, by weight percentage, the following components: Component A: 50%˜90%; Component B: 3%˜25%; Component C: 0%˜35%; Component D: 0%˜3%; wherein Component A comprises high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene homopolymer or copolymer dispersion resin; Component B comprises one or more fluorine-containing alkyl acrylate monomers; Component C comprises one or more fluorine-free acrylates; Component D comprises high temperature free radical initiator. There's no need to add inflammable or explosive lubricating oil, making the process highly safe; and the obtained fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane has high waterproof, air-permeable, oil-resistant and washable performance, in line with the needs of a new generation of waterproof and air-permeable protective clothing.

Further, the exemplary flexible package includes a substance to be delivered. The substance is applied to or enclosed by the chemical and moisture resistant layer.

Such films preferably have at least one of the following properties: (a) MD 1% Secant Modulus of less than 400 MPa, (b) Elmendorf Tear MD of at least 100 g/mil, (c) Dart drop of at least 200 g/mil, (d) puncture resistance break energy of at least 120 mJ/μm, (e) TD shrink at 150° C. of at least 40% or at least 30% at 120° C.; and (f) haze value of less than 40%.

摘要: An assembly and process for forming a two stage extrusion of an elongated marine dock from a plasticized material, such as including but act limited to extruding a first generally “L” shaped bracket from a first more rigid thermoplastic, following which a cross head die arrangement is utilized in order to extrude a secondary arcuate and flexible material in extending fashion from a lower side of the “L” bracket. The secondary/flexible elastomer is extracted in an open flexed position relative to the first extruded bracket, and further such that, following completion, can be flexed into a closed engagement with an upper perpendicularly extending side of the bracket.

摘要: An assembly and process for forming a two stage extruded pipe having a central inner sleeve and a pair of outer attached lobes. The central sleeve shaped (also termed a grout receiving tube) is produced in an initial extrusion operation, following which it enters a cross head operation where a pair of outer lobes are attached to cross sectional exterior surface locations according to a second stage extrusion operation so as to be integrally formed therewith. Other steps include cooling of the dual stage extruded pipe, as well as sectioning and stacking the pipe. Additional steps include forming elongated slots or apertures into the central sleeve portion of the finished extrusion, such in non-interfering fashion with the individual passageway defining and lobes.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a synthetic resin scouring pad includes hot extruding a polymer by thermally melting a synthetic resin, along a T die having a straight extrusion port, to form a full width film sheet; cold-curing the film sheet by impregnating and quenching the extruded full width film sheet with cooling water of a cooling bath; forming flat film filaments by passing the full width film sheet lengthwise through a cutting part in which cutting blades are arranged at a predetermined width so as to dividingly-cut the full width film sheet into a predetermined width; passing the flat film filaments in the longitudinal direction through a coiling forming part to plastic-deform the flat film filaments into coil-shaped film filaments; and inputting the coil-shaped film filaments into an annular winding part so that the film filaments are wound in an annular shape to form a synthetic resin scouring pad.

Due to this, in the molding hook and loop fastener an outer side and an inner side of the barrier can be divided by the vertical wall array and the connecting part, and flexibility of the molding hook and loop fastener can be improved.

摘要: A method for producing an extrusion molded product for automobiles, comprising the following steps:A synthetic resin injected into a first extrusion molding machine (21) is extruded through a first mold die (20) as a core material (3); the core material (3) passes through a first cooling tank (25), and then is bent by bending rollers (22) into a desired curved shape with a radius of curvature R1; the core material (3) is extended linearly, and goes into a second mold die (23); a thermoplastic elastomer injected in a second extrusion molding machine (24) forms seal portions (2) and seal lip portions (6) on a periphery of the core material (3); thereby forming a curved portion with a radius of curvature R2 on the extrusion molded product (1).
