摘要: A hydroformed expanded spun bonded nonwoven has a first substantially planar surface on one side thereof and a second surface on an opposite side thereof. The second surface includes a plurality of protuberances in a pattern. The hydroformed expanded spun bonded nonwoven web has an average loft of at least about 1.3 times greater than an original average loft of an original unexpanded spun bonded nonwoven web from which the hydroformed expanded spun bonded nonwoven web was created and an air permeability of at least about 1.2 times greater than an original air permeability of the original unexpanded spun bonded nonwoven web. The hydroformed expanded spun bonded nonwoven web includes bicomponent fibers combining a polymer with PLA in a ratio of polymer/PLA within a range of about 20/80 to 80/20.

摘要: A washing machine includes a washing machine housing, a wash unit tub, a drum and a first fluid-filled balance ring. The washing machine housing has an opening. The wash unit tub is mounted within the washing machine housing. The drum is rotatable within the wash unit tub. The drum includes a laundry compartment with an open end that is bounded by a rim of the drum. The first fluid-filled balance ring is mounted to the rim of the drum and rotates with the drum to counteract an off-balance load in the laundry compartment of the drum. The first fluid-filled balance ring has a tubular, ring-like shape with a first annular chamber that is sealed and partially filled with a fluid. The fluid in the first annular chamber has a viscosity of at least 90 centipoise.

摘要: The present disclosure is relates to a conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof. The conductive film includes a base layer, a TPU complex layer, a conductive layer and a TPU surface layer. The TPU complex layer includes a TPU heat-resistant layer and a TPU melting layer. The TPU heat-resistant layer is disposed on the TPU melting layer, and the TPU melting layer is disposed on the base layer. The conductive layer includes a conductive circuit disposed on the TPU heat-resistant layer. The TPU surface layer is disposed on the conductive layer. Utilizing the TPU complex layer, the conductive layer does not contact directly with the base layer to avoid breaking the conductive line of the conductive layer when the base layer is pulled. Therefore, the lifetime of the conductive film can be increased.

The co-extrusion unit includes a first extruder, a second extruder, a third extruder, and a material distributor. A respective one of multiple guide tubes is defined between an opening of each of the first, second, third extruders and the material distributor, and the material distributor has multiple conduits configured to gather melted plastic materials from the first, second, third extruders, and a substrate is extrusion molded from a supply head of the material distributor. The roller unit is mounted on a support frame and includes a first delivery roller, a second delivery roller, a contact roller, two pattern rollers, a first guide roller, a second guide roller, and a third guide roller which are arranged along a horizontal direction of the support frame.

摘要: This method for producing a resin film includes the following: preparing, as a starting material, at least either a film label that includes an ink layer and a resin layer or a resin bottle to which the film label is fitted; recovering a thermoplastic resin having a specific gravity of less than 1 from the starting material; and obtaining a resin film having a specific gravity of less than 1 by extrusion molding, while having a molding material contain the recovered thermoplastic resin, wherein the recovering includes the following: dividing the starting material or the resin layer into individual pieces; removing the ink layer from the film label or each piece of the film label; and subjecting the starting material, the resin layer or pieces of the starting material or the resin layer to specific gravity separation.

摘要: A catheter shaft includes an inner layer defining an innermost circumferential surface of the catheter shaft and defining a lumen of the catheter shaft, and an outer layer defining an outermost circumferential surface of the catheter shaft. The inner layer is formed by a first polymer having a first durometer and a first melting temperature. The outer layer is formed by alternating first and second segments of the first polymer and a second polymer, respectively, that alternate in a circumferential direction. The second polymer has a second durometer softer than the first durometer and a second melting temperature lower than the first melting temperature. Each segment of the alternating first and second segments extend in an axial direction for substantially an entire length of the catheter shaft. A method of forming the catheter shaft via extrusion is also disclosed.

摘要: A pressure hose (1) for a water-carrying system is shown and described, especially for connecting sanitary taps or for connecting parts of the water-carrying system, having a corrugated inner hose (2) made of plastic, wherein at least one hose end (3, 5) of the pressure hose (1) is provided with a connecting piece (4, 6), designed such that it differs from the inner hose (2), for joining the pressure hose (1) to a complementarily designed connecting piece of a sanitary tap and/or a part of the water-carrying system. According to the invention, it is provided that the inner hose (2) and the connecting piece (4, 6) are formed as one piece and the inner hose (2) and the connecting piece (4, 6) are preferably produced via extrusion in a common extrusion process.

摘要: Components for articles of footwear and athletic equipment including a foam are provided. The foam portion of the components and articles include a composition which includes a thermoplastic copolyester, the composition having a foam structure. A polymer layer is provided on at least on surface of the foam portion. The polymer layer can control or reduce the water uptake of the foam portion. Methods of making the compositions, foams, and components are provided, as well as methods of making an article of footwear including one of the foam components. In some aspects, the foams and foam components can be made by injection molding, or injection molding followed by compression molding.
