摘要： There is provided an extrusion auger having auger segments that are removable from an auger shaft and that include a recess to facilitate removal of the auger segments. A pulling tool is also provided to engage the recess of the auger segment and to facilitate the removal of auger segment from the auger shaft in an axially forward direction. The auger segment includes an access way to provide access to the recess and the recess includes an engaging surface. The pulling tool includes a flanged end that can pass through the access way of the auger segment and contact the engaging surface of the auger segment. The recess of the auger segment may be located in a bore of the auger hub such that the pulling tool can be advanced along a keyway in the auger shaft, rotated to pass the flanged end of the pulling tool through the access way, and pulled axially forward to contact the engaging surface.

摘要： A spindle press (1) comprises a housing (3) with an upper part (2) and a lower part (5). A press spindle (16) is supported with an upper bearing (14) in a cover (11) of the upper part (2) and with a lower bearing (19) in the lower part (5) so as to be rotatable. The press spindle (16) comprises a hollow spindle body (27) with perforations (38) for pressed out fluid, compressor wings (56) and worm wings (57) being placed on the spindle body (27) externally. Interruptors (26), which are fastened at the housing (3), extend between these wings in a plurality of axial planes. The housing comprises a screen casing (22) permeable for the pressed out fluid and also a spray casing (21) at a distance outside of the latter. The pressed out fluid is guided away through a dewatering arrangement (30) of the lower part (5). The lower part (5) rests on a vertical frame (7) which encloses a telescoping drive pipe (52) and, further down, a drive arrangement (12) which drives the drive pipe (52) in a rotating manner. The drive pipe (52) is connected with the spindle body (27) within the lower bearing (19).

摘要： A spindle press comprises a housing with a circular cylindrical upper part and a lower part. A press spindle, which is drivable in a rotating manner via a drive pipe by a drive arrangement, is supported in an upper bearing and a lower bearing of the housing so as to be rotatable. A spindle body of the press spindle carries worm wings on the outside and compressor blades farther above, which all extend in the vicinity of a screen casing of the upper part. The screen casing is enclosed at a distance by a spray casing and provided with holes for pressed out fluid only from the compressor blades down. The spindle body also comprises perforations for the pressed out fluid only from the compressor blades down. Above the compressor blades a helically constructed front wall is welded in between an annular wall and the screen casing which is unperforated at that point. On the lower side of the front wall, wet pulp arrives tangentially through a filling opponent of the upper part.

摘要： A hand pressing device includes a pressing die in the form of an open-topped rectangular box having a loose perforated bottom plate. The inner walls of the box are smooth. The box is filled with soaked waste paper, particularly old newspapers and a loose pressing plunger with a flat perforated bottom is pressed into the box down to a predetermined penetration depth, whereby water is squeezed out of the soaked paper and escapes both upwards through the perforated bottom of the plunger and downwards through the perforated bottom plate of the box to form a briquette of predetermined dimensions and predetermined density. Upon withdrawal and removal of the pressing plunger and inversion of the box to an upside down position, the briquette thus produced can readily be pressed out of the box by exerting thumb pressure on the loose bottom plate. The side and end faces of the briquette slide along the inner wall of the box with low friction and without being torn. After drying in air, the briquette forms an excellent fuel for fireplaces and stoves.
