摘要: An agricultural wheel tire having on its periphery a plurality of first lugs and a plurality of second lugs provided circumferentially in an alternating manner is provided. A depressed portion formed by adjacent two first lugs and a second lug located between the first lugs has a spherical shape. A depressed portion formed by adjacent two second lugs and a first lug located between the second lugs also has a spherical shape. The soil is hardened within the spherical depressed portions, preventing the tire from sinking.

摘要: A tire tread for a pneumatic tire has a center rib and a series of steeply slanted grooves in each side region of the tread, the circumferentially adjacent grooves form blocks extending through the tread side regions. The center rib has a serrated configuration along each lateral side and a supporting chamfer extending from each serration point. Adjacent to each rib chamfer is a chamfer extending from the axially innermost point of the rib at the junction of two adjacent steeply slanted grooves. The rib is provided with high density siping. The tread blocks are siped wherein the siping density decreases from the tread center to the tread shoulders.

摘要: A pneumatic tire comprises a tread portion, a pair of sidewall portions, a pair of bead portions, a carcass extending between the bead portions, a breaker disposed radially outside the carcass, and a band disposed radially outside the breaker and composed of a full width ply extending across the substantially overall width of the breaker and a pair of axially spaced edge plies. In a ground contacting face of the tire under a normally inflate loaded condition which face has axially outermost edges between which the ground contacting width TW is defined, the circumferential length LS of the ground contacting face at an axial position 10% of TW axially inwards of each of the axially outermost edges is in a range of from 75 to 85% of the circumferential length Lc of the ground contacting face at the center of the ground contacting width. The tread portion is provided on each side of the tire equator with a circumferentially continuously extending inner circumferential groove and the tread portion is divided into a crown part between the inner circumferential grooves and a pair of outer parts axially outside the inner circumferential grooves, and the crown part is formed as a substantially continuously extending circumferential rib.

The tire has a footprint shape factor (FSF) in the range of about 1.13-1.15, a drop off factor (DOF) in the range of about 1.10-1.20, and a tread arc width in the range of about 9.6-9.9 inches. The tire has a substantially rounded footprint. Pressure concentrations in the center and shoulder regions of the tire are minimized, reducing temperature rise, hydroplaning and rolling resistance while improving durability and wet traction.
