    摘要: The present invention discloses an electric vacuum-pumping and tinfoil-cutting integrated machine. The integrated machine has a housing which comprises a fixed outer housing having an outer housing receiving cavity formed therein and a fixed inner housing having an inner housing receiving cavity formed therein, wherein a PCB and a battery are embedded in the inner housing receiving cavity of the fixed inner housing; and an electric tinfoil-cutting assembly is embedded on an upper end side of the fixed inner housing inside the outer housing receiving cavity of the fixed outer housing, and an electric vacuum-pumping assembly is embedded on a lower end side of the fixed inner housing inside the outer housing receiving cavity of the fixed outer housing. The present invention can achieve a vacuum-pumping function and a tinfoil-cutting function, and has the advantages of novel structural design, diversified functions and convenience in use.

The envelopes are inflated from without the carton via a hollow needle that passes through a side wall of the package and a glue spot adhering the envelope in place.     摘要: The present invention is directed to an apparatus for transferring a liquid from a source container to a destination container including a liquid transfer mechanism; at least one unidirectional valve preventing backflow into the source container; a source needle, inserted into a sealed closure of the source container, withdrawing the liquid from the source container; a destination needle, inserted into a sealed closure of the destination container, depositing the liquid into the destination container; an inert gas container supplying an inert gas to the source container; and at least one vent check valve releasing pressure from at least one of the containers when the pressure in the container exceeds a predetermined pressure limit. The present invention transfers liquids such as wine from an original sealed container into various new containers under controlled conditions without compromising the original composition of the liquids.

The vacuum packaging appliance includes a housing body with a slot opening for engaging bag for sealing the open bag end via the sealer mechanism; a bag penetration nozzle mechanism capable of puncturing holes in the bag with top and bottom gasket temporary seals, allowing evacuation of bag air and gas; a vacuum pump operatively coupled to the vacuum chamber portion and communicatively coupled with the penetration nozzle mechanism, isolating the bag contents in an evacuated state, and a sealer mechanism to seal the open bag end and also to re-seal along a perimeter between the bag penetration nozzle and the bag contents. The process of the invention vacuum sealing is instrumental in its compact design and mobile utility, which includes a bag sealing before evacuation and resealing.

    摘要: A method and apparatus are disclosed for sealing pallets of fresh product inside plastic bags and finishing the interiors of the sealed bags with a modified gaseous atmosphere. Conventional pallets loaded with cooled fresh produce are moved by an input conveyor automatically one at a time to an in-line squeeze station. A plastic bag at a convenient height is initially draped over an arm radiating from a novel bagger frame. A plurality of such arms extend from a rotatable hub so that bags can be moved into position above successive loaded pallets as they are needed. This apparatus permits the bagging of nearly twice as many pallets in a given time period.

    摘要: A machine for packaging articles in continuous tubular material, which may be formed by rolling the marginal edges of a flat web around a succession of the product articles to bring the marginal edges into contact and then sealing them continuously to complete the tube, comprises a pair of transverse sealing jaws 14 and 15 which each include a hemi-cylindrical chamber 24 having gas-pervious walls 16 and defining a cylindrical space 25 initially centrally divided by the film between two successive product articles 1.The film extending diametrically across the space 25 is first of all severed and then suction is applied to the gas-pervious walls 16 to draw the film into contact with the walls 16. To the righthand side of the space 25 is a double impulse sealing system 18, 19 centrally divided by a knife 21 which separates a righthand pack 28 from the film in the space 25, and to the lefthand side of that space 25 is a further double impulse sealing system 18, 20, again with a knife 22 to effect separation. The sealing pads 20 at the lefthand side are movable by means of push rods 27 so that initially they allow the pack 8b to be communicated with the space 25 while the pack 8a has been separated from the space 25, and this enables gas from within the pack 8b to be extracted by way of the hemi-cylindrical chambers 24 and the suction conduits 17. Subsequently the two sealing pads 20 are pressed into contact with their counterpressure pads 18 and the righthand side of the pack 8b is then isolated from the space 25.Such a machine allows the individual packages to be evacuated so that after the conventional post-shrinking step they are even tidier than in the prior art and the interior is substantially air-free. Alternatively an inert flushing gas may be injected into the pack from the cylindrical space 25 to allow a residual atmosphere of the inert gas in the finished pack.FIG. 2 shows the arrangement before the beginning of evacuation and FIG. 4 shows the arrangement during evacuation.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process and apparatus for aseptic filling of pre-sterilized non-rigid containers, especially foodstuffs containers. The said process involves taking laying hold of the container by means of air-suction, followed by sterilization of part of the container and the means holding same, then piercing of the actual container and subsequent introduction thereinto of sterile gas. This is followed by introduction of the foodstuff into the container and ultimate hermetical heat-sealing of the container thus filled. The apparatus used for carrying out the process comprises a movable workhead, positioned appropriately along a traverse overlying the conveyor bringing up containers for filling the workhead has means for taking hold of the container by suction, means for piercing the container, and for introducing sterile gas and foodstuff into the container. The workhead carries out such operations by moving into angularly distinct respective working postures. A series of movers in the apparatus provide for displacement of the workhead itself and of its individual parts. The apparatus also has feeder means for supply of foodstuff, sterile gas and sterilizer fluid, and means for controlling the start and finish of the individual stages, and regulating the operation thereof.
