摘要： A venting system for a trigger sprayer includes an elongate vent member positioned in a vent hole in a closure cap of the trigger sprayer and a trigger actuator that is connected by a pivot connection to the trigger sprayer. The pivot connection of the trigger actuator is in close proximity to the vent member and the vent hole, and a finger engaging surface on the trigger actuator extends away from the pivot connection and away from the closure cap. Manipulating the trigger actuator toward the trigger sprayer causes the trigger actuator to pivot about the pivot connection and push the vent member into the vent opening of the closure cap, thereby opening a vent pathway through the closure cap. Releasing the trigger actuator allows the trigger to pivot away from the trigger sprayer and pull the vent member through the vent opening in the closure cap to close the vent pathway.

摘要： A household liquid dispensing apparatus includes a container for holding a household liquid and a pump for pumping the household liquid out of the container. The pump includes a pump chamber. A dip tube is adapted to be positioned in the container and communicates with the pump chamber. An exhaust tube communicates with the pump chamber and an outlet for the household liquid. A pump actuator mechanically drives the pump. A motor operatively engages the pump actuator. The motor is electrically connected to a power source. A switch is electrically connected to the motor and the power source. A trigger assembly is operatively connected to the switch to control power delivered to the motor. The trigger assembly is positioned under the outlet for the household liquid for easy actuation by an upturned hand.

摘要： Apparatus for the continuous feeding of plural liquids in separate streams of adjustable quantity and ratio, comprises a drive unit that drives a main pump, and that also drives at least one secondary pump. The drive unit has an oscillating or reciprocating movement, and so the pumps are piston pumps or oscillating vane-type pumps. The stroke of the secondary pump or pumps may be selectively shortened without shortening that of the main pump, so as to predetermine the proportions of the liquids to each other. The system is particularly applicable for the feeding of separate streams of synthetic resins by the main pump, and the associated hardeners, catalysts, accelerators or other auxiliary liquids by the secondary pump or pumps.

摘要： This computer controlled positive displacement shutter valve dispenser comprises a piston housing, pistons, shutter valves, linear or rotational drive servomechanisms, and a computer controller. The piston housing configuration can be cylindrical or non-cylindrical. Either configuration can have multiple input or output ports selected by the travel of the shutter valve. In addition the non-cylindrical configuration can have a multitude of shapes, allowing for single piston or multiple piston designs. The multiple piston arrangement can have equal or nonequal displacements from the pump cavity of each piston. The computer controls all aspects of the dispenser, including the forward and retract distance, speed and timing of the piston and shutter valves. The amount dispensed can vary between the maximum volume of the pump cavity to a small fraction of its volume as set by the resolution of the controller and linear drive mechanism.

摘要： A dispenser system is disclosed comprising a liquid dispenser pump, an electronic circuit for controlling the dispenser system, and a dispenser for dispensing a flowing liquid through a metering orifice. The dispenser system enables mixing and dispensing of a first and a second liquid in accordance with a given volumetric relationship between the first liquid and the second liquid. The system includes flow for controlling the flow of the first liquid and a pump for pumping a second liquid. The electronic circuit includes a generator for generating an electrical pumping signal to power the pump for pumping the second liquid in accordance with an electrical pumping signal. An activator is connected to the flow and the generator for activating simultaneous flow and pumping of the first and second liquids, respectively, upon a selected signal from the activator.
