The present invention relates to a process for preparing organic silane compounds having a β-cyano ester group. In particular, the present invention relates to a process for preparing organic silane compounds having a β-cyano ester group, in which β-cyano β-cyano containing compounds having an unsaturated group are hydrosilylated using a hydro alkoxy silane in the presence of a platinum-vinyl siloxane catalyst. The preparation process according to the present invention can stably initiate and progress the reaction, minimize the generation of by-products, and prepare organic silane compounds having a β-cyano ester structure with high yield.

A METHOD OF DECONTAMINATING HYDROCARBONS USED AS SOLVENTS AND MONOMERS IN THE PRODUCTION OF SYNTHETIC RUBBER BY STEREOSPECIFIC POLYMERIZATION FROM CYCLOPENTADIENE CONSISTING IN TREATING A MIXTTURE OF SAID HYDROCARBONS AND CYCLOPENDADIENE WITH CYCLIC KETONES IN THE PRESENCE OF A CATALYST WHICH IS AN ALKALI METAL HYDROXIDE OR AN ANION-EXCHANGE RESIN IN THE (OH-) FORM TO OBTAIN A FULVENE,WHEREAFTER THE HYDROCABONS ARE DISTILLED OFF FROM THE MIXTURE THUS PRODUCED. The catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation of enol esters with a vinyllic or acetylenic substituent proceeds with extremely high enantioselectivity using a Rhodium-chiral bisphosphine catalyst. This is at variance with the hydrogenation of enol esters bearing a saturated substituent, which are hydrogenated with only marginal enantioselectivity under the same conditions.
