摘要: The present invention relates to a method for cleaning a spunbonding spinneret for the production of cellulosic spunbonded nonwoven fabric from a solution of cellulose in an aqueous organic solvent by extruding the solution through nozzle holes of the spunbonding spinneret to form filaments and stretching the filaments in the direction of extrusion by means of a gas stream, during which method contaminations containing cellulose will accumulate on the spinneret surface. The method according to the invention comprises the steps of: a) spraying the contamination with an aqueous fluid precipitating the cellulose; and b) detaching and carrying away the contamination by means of the gas stream.

摘要: A passive intermittent rotating assembly can automatically adjust a part of a cleaning material when the cleaning material cleans a spinning jet each time and that can stably operate in a high-voltage environment. The passive intermittent rotating assembly includes a plurality of first abutment members and second abutment members being arranged respectively at an inner side and outer side of the main wheel along the circumferential direction, and being separated from each other to form gaps for a push portion of a push member to pass through. Each of the first abutment members includes a first inner-side abutment portion and a first outer-side abutment portion provided for abutting against the push portion. Each of the second abutment members includes a second inner-side abutment portion and a second outer-side abutment portion provided for abutting against the push portion.

The system includes a steam distribution ring surrounding a filament array, where the steam distribution ring abuts the spin head and is removably mounted to said spin head. The steam distribution ring is removed and the face of the spinneret may be wiped clean, without the need for removing and replacing the spin pack.

摘要: A spinneret device for side-by-side, conjugate melt-blow spinning can correspond to combinations of various heterogeneous polymers for conjugate spinning and is uniform in the conjugate state such as conjugate ratio between single fibers, the proportion of the peripheral percentage of both the components in the fiber cross-section, etc. and has fineness, a large nozzle plate width and a superior productivity. The device is composed mainly of a spinning resin-feeding plate; a distributing plate; a separating plate provided with confluent grooves of conjugate components engraved at the bottom part of the plate, corresponding in number to the spinning nozzles; a nozzle plate; and a plate for controlling the clearance for a gas. Even when the viscosity unevenness, spinning temperature unevenness, etc. of the spinning resins occur in the cavity of the nozzle plate to some extent, microfine fibers can be obtained which are uniform in the composite ratio and the cross-sectional, peripheral percentages of the respective components in the fiber cross-section, while being uniformly fine.

摘要: A spinning nozzle for dry spinning a spinning solution containing a metal compound and an organic polymer compound by a blowing method. In the spinning nozzle, an air nozzle 6 is provided having a rectangular-prism-like slit which is formed by opposing inner surfaces, extending in parallel to each other. The opposing inner surfaces each include a projecting portion, which are formed at the front side of a pair of cover plates 1,1, with each of the projecting portions having a knife edge portion at its free end. Spinning solution supplying nozzles are composed of a plurality of linear pipes and are arranged in the air nozzle 6 in such a manner that they are in parallel to the parallel surfaces of the cover plates and project from the edges of the the parallel surfaces. Air fed through a gas feeding port 5 and blown out as an air stream from the air nozzle 6, and streams of the spinning solution extruded from the spinning solution supplying nozzles form parallel streams. Further, the air stream in parallel to the spinning solution streams is sufficiently rectified so that it contacts the spinning solution. Accordingly, an amount of air used can be greatly reduced and fibers having excellent quality can be produced.

摘要: Accumulated deposits are removed from the face of a spinneret by periodically manually wiping the face of the spinneret with the blade of a hand held wipe stick. Cooling the blade just before use decreases the smearing of the polymer melt and increases the wipe cycle. Dry ice is the preferred cooling medium.

摘要: Disclosed is a nozzle block applied to an electrospinning device. At least one piercing unit (means of piercing) having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of a spinning nozzle is coaxially disposed inside the spinning nozzle in order to prevent solidification of a solution at a tip of the spinning nozzle. The present disclosure includes a first cleaning mechanism for cleaning the spinning nozzle by reciprocating the piercing unit and the spinning nozzle relative to each other so that the tip of the spinning nozzle is unclogged, and a second cleaning mechanism for cleaning aggregates deposited around and outside the tip of the spinning nozzle through chemical cleaning and/or physical cleaning when the electrospinning process is temporarily stopped or after the electrospinning process is completed.
