    摘要: A closed-loop control device of a mechanical sewing machine includes an isolated switch-mode power supply module, a DC motor, a speed control module, a processor, an electronic switch, a current detection module and a voltage detection module. The isolated switch-mode power supply module rectifies an AC power to a DC power and supplies the DC power to the DC motor. The speed control module sends a speed signal to the processor. The processor adjusts an output voltage to the DC motor according to the speed signal. The current detection module and the voltage detection module further detect an operating current signal and an operating voltage signal of the DC motor for the processor to control a turn-on time of the electronic switch to adjust an average operating voltage of the DC motor according to the operating current signal, the operating voltage signal and the speed signal.

    摘要: This invention relates to a method and apparatus for electronically gearing the sewing parts of a sewing machine, and more particularly it relates to electronically gearing the bobbin to the needle to eliminate the necessity of their physical coupling through mechanical linkages and drive shafts. Servo motors provide torque to the needle, bobbin, and various other sewing parts of the sewing machine which require concerted movement. A computer uses servo motor positional information to calculate motion commands that are sent to the needle and bobbin servo motors, thereby enabling electronic gearing of the bobbin to the needle so that each moves substantially in unison. Motion commands sent to servo motors attached to various other sewing parts of the sewing machine are based on servo motor positional information to enable the sewing parts to move in concert with the needle and bobbin. Servo motors move the fabric in two dimensions during stitching, and each move of the fabric is calculated to consume the maximum amount of time available between stitches in order to dampen acceleration and deceleration of sewing parts and eliminate problems associated with machine jerk.

    摘要: In a hole sewing machine of the type adapted to stitch a buttonhole or the like, an X-Y table member is operatively connected to a work support member upon which the material to be stitched is placed, motors are provided for driving the table along orthogonal X-Y axes and a further motor is provided for synchronously rotating the needle bar and looper stand of the sewing machine about the axis of the needle bar.     摘要: The speeds at which material is advanced by the feed mechanism of a sewing machine, is automatically programmed during a controlled sewing cycle. The sewing cycle is initiated in delayed response to detection of the material by a sensor as the material approaches the presser foot. Selectively timed pauses in the sewing cycle enables the operator to reposition the work or perform other functions as well as to accommodate automatic changes in feed rate.
