    摘要: The invention relates to a method for constructing a foundation for a tower structure, comprising at least one structure-side connection profile in the form of a pipe segment. The method has the steps of providing a foundation pile with a diameter which differs from the diameter of the pipe segment, vibrating and/or ramming the foundation pile into a supporting substratum, aligning and fixing the pipe segment coaxially and concentrically to the foundation pile introduced into the substratum such that an annular space is formed between the pipe segment and the foundation pile, and filling the annular space with a curable casting compound.

    摘要: A large diameter tubular pile for bedding into a borehole has an auxiliary tube extending inside it and a series of axially spaced apart holes through its wall which communicate with the interior of the auxiliary tube through discharge pipes which are arranged to allow flow only from the auxiliary tube to outside the pile. The pile is bedded in a borehole by first inserting the pile and then introducing into the auxiliary tube an injection pipe having a pair of axially spaced apart plugs which seal against the inner wall of the auxiliary tube. The injection pipe is located so that the plugs seal on opposite sides of an opening into a discharge pipe, and grout under pressure is forced from the injection pipe through the discharge pipe into the borehole around the pile. This procedure may be repeated for the other discharge pipes.

    摘要: Method of installing a preformed load-bearing pile in an earth situs, utilizing core of predetermined length and having screwlike ridge means externally along the length thereof. Pile core drilled into earth while supplying fluid jetting medium through said passage means to mix with drilled earth and to facilitate upward movement of earth, until pile cavity of requisite depth formed. Pile core further rotated in place while pumping fluid, self-hardenable, cementitious material through passage means, to urge cementitious material along said screw means, thereby to enlarge girth of pile cavity and form generally tubular body about the pile core. Tubular body sets and hardens with loadbearing pile core anchored therein, as composite pile body of correspondingly increased load-bearing capacity.

    摘要: A hollow core pile has a cap on the lower end enclosing the lower ends of hinged spread feet. When the pile has been driven to depth, a rod or plunger is extended down the hollow core of the pile and is impacted to drive the cap down clear of the lower ends of the feet. The pile is then driven further so that the inclined ends of the spread feet engage the edges of the cap which forces them outwardly into the spread position.
