摘要： A safety device, of the anti-false maneuver type, capable of impeding the actuation of a locking fitting upon opening of a leaf of a door, window or the like, this safety device including, on the one hand, a support in the shape of a casing capable of being inserted against a face-plate and, on the other hand, a locking finger passing through this latter, under the action of springy restoration means, with a view to locking an actuating rod in translation, this when the door or window is open. In particular, the casing defined by the support and serving as a housing for the locking finger includes, at the level of each of its opposite sides parallel to the plane of the leaf on which it is fitted, an opening serving for the passing through of the connecting lug which is capable of being fitted onto the locking finger with a view to actuating same under the action of an actuating lug extending.

摘要： The window comprises a rectangular casing and a leaf mounted on a frame and can be caused to pivot about an axis located at the vertical leaf edge or about an axis located at the bottom horizontal leaf edge. The window is provided at one corner with a support comprising a vertical pivot-pin and a horizontal pivotpin, a link-rod system disposed along the two sides of the window which do not serve as an axis of rotation, the displacements of said system being such as to create one point of pivotal motion and to release the other in alternate sequence. The link-rod system is coupled to a cam having a surface applied in contact with said system so as to displace this latter over certain parts of the cam contour while permitting the system to remain motionless over other parts of the contour.

摘要： The present invention relates to a device for the shutter-like and tilt-down opening, with respect to a fixed frame, of a window or door-window composed of an upper cross-member and a lower cross-member connected by a pair of uprights on one of which handle is rotatably associated. The peculiarity of the device consists in the fact that it compirses box, arranged on one of the uprights, which is provided with means, actuated by the handle, for tensioning at least one traction element such as cable. This at least one traction element can be advantageously constituted by a first and second cable which actuate a plurality of pins for the temporary closure of the window onto the fixed frame and for coupling to an upper hinge for shutter-like or tilt-down opening. The device furthermore comprises a lower spherical hinge which is provided with a friction action for shutter-like opening and with an articulation action for tilt-down opening. The box finally comprises means adapted to prevent the rotation of the handle starting from the tilt-down condition ot the shutter-like position.

摘要： This fitting for two-way opening windows or French-windows is adapted to be operated by means of a single handle for imparting to the fitting a locked position and two opening positions; the fitting is disposed between the fixed frame and the movable frame of the window and comprises on the one hand at least one locking member rigid with a control rod disposed on one of the frames and adapted to be moved through a distance corresponding to two successive pitches by actuating the handle, and on the other hand at least one keeper engageable by the locking member and disposed on the other frame, this keeper comprising locking means of which one component, the locking member or the keeper, is movable through a distance corresponding to one pitch of the movement performed by the control rod in the direction of travel thereof.
