    摘要: A fuel injection pump pressurizes and injects fuel. A cam rotates about a rotational axis of the cam. A housing includes a cam chamber that houses the cam and a sliding chamber communicated to the cam chamber. A roller rotates while being in contact with a surface of the cam. A shoe reciprocates in the sliding chamber by rotation of the cam and is in contact with and slides on a surface of the roller. A plunger reciprocates with the shoe. A cylinder houses the plunger and includes a pump chamber to pressurize and feed the fuel by reciprocation of the plunger. A deformed section is a groove or a protrusion which extends in a direction of a rotational axis of the cam, on a part of a surface of the cam, and has a shape different from a cam profile of the cam.

The camshaft (24) has at least two cams (26, 28) which are arranged next to one another in the direction of the longitudinal axis (25) of the camshaft (24) and the cam elevations of which are arranged offset with respect to one another around the longitudinal axis (25) of the camshaft (24). An intermediate region (30) is provided between two adjacent cams (26, 28), and at least one bearing region (32) is arranged next to the cams (26, 28) in the direction of the longitudinal axis (25) of the camshaft (24). The intermediate region (30) runs in axial longitudinal sections which contain the longitudinal axis (25) of the camshaft (24), at a radial spacing (r1, r2) from the longitudinal axis (25) of the camshaft (24), which radial spacing (r1, r2), starting from the adjacent cam (26) with the smaller cam elevation (h1) in the respective axial longitudinal section, increases towards the adjacent cam (28) with the greater cam elevation (h2) in the respective axial longitudinal section.

    摘要: A cam mechanism for converting a swiveling movement of a drive-side shaft into a linear output movement. A cam disk is attached to the drive-side shaft, a slider is shiftable in a linear guide, and a cam follower is applied against the circumferential surface of the cam disk. Swiveling movement of the cam disk leads to a linear output movement of the slider in the linear guide. The circumference of the cam disk is spiral-shaped at least in sections, and the radius of the cam disk increases monotonically in the spiral-shaped section from a start radius to an end radius along a swiveling direction. By selecting two reversal points within the spiral-shaped section, the setting of a variable stroke can occur. A piston pump is provided with the cam mechanism and a method is provided for using the cam mechanism and the piston pump.

    摘要: A fuel pump includes a cylinder that forms a compression chamber which pressurizes a fuel, a plunger that compresses the fuel in the compression chamber, a cam that pushes the plunger, and a driven gear that engages a driving gear to transmit a rotational driving force. A profile of the cam is configured such that a peak arrival range is half or less of a compression range. Cam speed is obtained by differentiating a lift amount of the plunger by a rotation angle of the cam, the compression range is an angle range during which the plunger is pushed in the direction of compressing the fuel, and the peak arrival range is an angle range from a start of the compression range until a most retarded position of a peak of the cam speed.

    摘要: A compressor moves a fluid from an inlet to an outlet and provides a pressure differential there between due to respective pistons moving in and out of a plurality of piston chambers via a piston rod. A rotating shaft extends through a grooved end plate, and the rotating shaft is connected to either the grooved end plate or the piston rod. The grooved end plate defines an off center or eccentric groove. A bearing extends from the piston rod and fits within the groove such that when the rotational motion of the shaft rotates either the piston rod or the grooved end plate, the piston rod slides back and forth relative to the rotating shaft. Each position of the bearing within the groove determines a corresponding position of the piston rod relative to the rotating shaft. Each pair of pistons may extend from a single, continuous piston rod.
