摘要: A positive displacement pump apparatus includes a housing formed of a housing wall including a wall portion; a pump center line; a pump drive shaft extending through the wall portion coaxially with the pump center line and having a terminus within the housing adjacent the wall portion; a rotatable disc disposed in the housing adjacent the wall and secured to the terminus to be rotated by the drive shaft about the pump center line; and a vane mounted eccentrically on the disc for travel along a circular arc as the disc rotates. The vane has a vane axis about which the vane rotates relative to the disc; and two opposite, axially spaced first and second radial sides. The vane is mounted on the disc at the first radial side. The vane further has two opposite, radially spaced axial sides. The distance of the vane axis to either of the axial sides is greater than the distance from the pump center line to the vane axis. The vane also has a vane drive shaft extending from the first radial side coaxially with the vane axis. There is further provided a gearing disposed in the housing adjacent the wall portion. The gearing couples the vane drive shaft with the pump drive shaft for rotating the vane about the vane axis, whereby the vane moves, in the circular arc, through a positive displacement portion of movement and a non-positive displacement portion of movement.

摘要: A thermoplastic automotive interior trim panel of uniform wall thickness has an integral outwardly projecting storage pocket of complex curvature to which is added an extruded elastomeric thermoplastic edge molding to form a relatively large smooth rounded edge at the opening to the pocket. A top margin of the pocket is curved inward so that the pocket edge faces inward and the edge molding is held in place by internal ribs that snap onto locking tabs formed integral with the curved top pocket margin at locations spaced therealong. In one embodiment, the locking tabs are located on the sides of the top margin of the pocket at the pocket edge and the edge molding extends completely over this edge to be located thereby. In another embodiment, the molding abuts with the top edge of the pocket, the locking tabs are formed integral with the sides of a locking/locating rib on the inner side of the pocket that also cooperates with the ribs to properly locate the molding, and a convex surface on the molding cooperates with a convex surface on the pocket to form a relatively large rounded edge on the pocket. In both embodiments, the locking tabs are divided into two sets that project in opposite directions and with those in one set staggered in relation to those in the other set to facilitate their molding.

摘要: Toroidal motor or pump comprising a toroidal cylindrical casing with a disc rotor containing rotatably mounted vanes which are able to seal off the cylinder. On the shaft of the vanes rockers are fixed which during rotation of the motor/pump cooperate with a curved disc, which casing possesses a restricted section in the shape of the disc rotor through which the vanes in closed position are able to pass, as well as an inlet and outlet port for a pressure medium in the section wherein the vanes are rotating. To guarantee smooth operation between the casing halves and the disc rotor two complementary twin axially curved discs are arranged between which the rockers run, said rockers having the general shape of a central cam with two side cams so that they are able to move through the disc rotor. The restriction is so constructed that the vane in its passing position is not turned a complete 90.degree., but about 85.degree..

摘要: A rotating device includes a cylinder body, a front end cover, a rear end cover, a main shaft, an eccentric rotor assembly and an isolation mechanism. The eccentric rotor assembly includes an eccentric shaft, a rolling piston wheel and at least one rolling bearing. In the rotating device, the eccentric shaft is isolated from the rolling piston wheel by the rolling bearing and the two are rotated, and the cylinder body is reliably sealed by an elastic pre-tightening force. Further provided are a rotor compressor using the rotating device, and a fluid motor. A rotating valve body and a rotating valve body reset mechanism in the rotating device are also improved.

摘要: An eccentric movable vane pump includes a cylinder body, a first rotor, second rotors, and movable vanes of which the number is greater than or equal to 2. The first rotor is eccentrically disposed with the second rotors. One end of each of the movable vanes is rotatably connected to the first rotor, and the other ends of the movable vanes are rotatably connected to the second rotors. The first rotor is disposed on a main shaft. The cylinder body is provided with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet respectively corresponding to an expansion area and a compression area of a space between adjacent movable vanes. The pump has a simple structure, high efficiency, low cost, multiple operation conditions, high stability, and a long service life, can operate in a high-speed/ultra-high speed range without being sealed by an elastic device, and has a small radial impact in operation.

摘要: A hinged vane rotary pump including a cylindrical chamber, a rotor eccentrically mounted within the chamber, and a plurality of vanes. Each vane is hinged for pivoting movement at its approximate middle to balance hydraulic pressure across the face of the vane. The balanced pressure reduces the force applied by the vane against the chamber liner and therefore reduces wear. As one end of each vane wears against the chamber liner during operation, the axis effectively moves to the center of the vane. Preferably, stops are provided to limit movement of the vanes after maximum wear has occurred.
