摘要: This clutch control device includes an engine (13), a transmission (21), a clutch device (26) configured to connect and disconnect motive power transmission between the engine (13) and the transmission (21), a clutch actuator (50) configured to drive the clutch device (26) and change a clutch capacity, and a control unit (60) configured to calculate a target value (Pt) of a control parameter (Ps) for the clutch capacity. When the target value (Pt) of the control parameter (Ps) immediately after system startup is defined as a first control target value (P1) and the target value (Pt) of the control parameter (Ps) during a clutch stroke at the time of the system startup is defined as a second control target value (P2), the control unit (60) is configured to set the first control target value (P1) to a value greater than the second control target value (P2).

摘要: A drive train arrangement for a motor vehicle includes at least one drive device, a start-up element arrangement, a gear drive arrangement, at least one driveshaft configured to drive drive wheels, an electronic operator control member configured to be operated, a torque control member, and a controller. The controller is configured to store torque regions for a change in load and to transmit a torque default value to the torque control member depending on an actuation of the electronic operator control member. The stored torque regions are zero transition regions with a zero transition starting point and a zero transition end point for covering all zero-load clearance regions. The controller is configured to adapt at least one respective zero transition region of at least one respective stored torque region.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for controlling an actuator or an actuator device, at least comprising a clutch and an actuator, which actuator has: an electric drive motor and a control device; a ramp mechanism, which comprises a rotatable first disk, which has first ramps, a second disk, which can be moved only in an axial direction and which has second ramps, and balls, which are arranged between the disks in the first ramps and second ramps; and at least one spring for moving the second disk in the axial direction. The dynamics of the electric drive motor are reduced by the control device at least in dependence on at least the determined preloading force or the first play in such a way that, during braking, the pin contacts only one side surface or that, in the event of a reversal of the rotational motion, the pin bridges the first play at a reduced first rotational speed of the drive motor and comes into contact with the other side surface and only then does an increase to a second rotational speed occur.

The method includes: controlling an amount of slip of a release-side clutch in an allowable range by a controller, when gear shifting is initiated; performing torque crossing control by releasing a release-side clutch torque to a certain level while applying a clutch torque to an apply-side clutch to the same level as the release-side clutch torque by the controller, after the controlling an amount of slip of a release-side clutch; and performing learning determination so as to learn a touch point of the apply-side clutch by the controller, when the amount of slip of the release-side clutch is beyond the allowable range in the performing torque crossing control.

摘要: A method for learning a touch point of an engine clutch of a hybrid electric vehicle including a motor connected to a transmission and an engine selectively connected to the motor through the engine clutch includes determining whether a learning condition of the touch point of the engine clutch is satisfied, releasing a transmission clutch and controlling a motor speed when the learning condition is satisfied, increasing a coupling pressure of the engine clutch when a change amount of the motor speed is less than a first predetermined value, comparing a change amount of a motor torque according to the increased coupling pressure of the engine clutch with a second predetermined value, and learning the touch point of the engine clutch when the change amount of the motor torque is greater than or equal to the second predetermined value.
