The furnace includes a combustion air delivery system for delivering combustion air to the combustion chamber. The combustion air delivery system includes a manifold mounted outside the combustion chamber and extending vertically along the front face of the combustion chamber from a lower end to an upper end. An air blower is mounted on the manifold. The combustion air delivery system includes a primary combustion air passage for delivering air from the air blower to a primary combustion air outlet at the front face of the combustion chamber. The combustion air delivery system includes a secondary combustion air passage for delivering air to a secondary combustion air outlet positioned inside the combustion chamber adjacent the top face of the combustion chamber.

    摘要: A series of primary-air orifices (4) extend into the combustion chamber surrounded by a housing (1). A sloping bottom (6) and a grate (12), likewise inclined at an angle (.alpha.), are located underneath. The grate consists of a row of parallel pipes (15a to 15c) which are arranged at a distance from one another and which are provided over their entire length with air outflow orifices (16a, 16b). A covering slide (13) sliding in grooves (17) on the grate makes it possible to cover to a greater or lesser extent both the gaps between the grate pipes (15a to 15c) and, if appropriate, some of the air outflow orifices provided in the grate pipes. The covering slide (13) can be actuated by hand or by means of a motor via a rack (20) connected rigidly to it and via a pinion (19). The primary-air orifices (4) are supplied with compressed air via a distributor (14) which can be regulated via a regulating slide (20) connected to the covering slide (13); in this way, the supply of primary air can be controlled as a function of the particular quantity of secondary air.

The cooker burner comprises a base (1), a first ejector passage (3), a plurality of primary air passages (4), a cap (5) and a transfer passage (6), the base (1) has a chamber (11) and at least one first ejector (12); the first ejector passage (3) has a central chamber (311) and a peripheral chamber (312), the peripheral chamber (312) is used for making primary air around the periphery of the central chamber (311) uniform. With the design of the first ejector passage, the gas in the central chamber is more directly mix with the primary air in the peripheral chamber, improving the mixing uniformity and air intake rate around the periphery of the central chamber. Therefore, yellow flame and backfire can be avoided.

    摘要: A heating system has a heating unit with a combustion chamber for burning wood pellets or other pelletized fuel. The heating unit is controlled by a process control module that automatically keeps all operating functions within predetermined limits for safe, efficient and easy operation. The unit also includes a combustion air distribution assembly with a stir shaft that rotates within the combustion chamber and introduces combustion air through orifices along the length of the shaft to enhance fuel combustion. A thermo cycle plumbing assembly serves as a safety feature by preventing overheating in the event of a power failure or pump failure. Also included in the unit is a removable insulated firebox burn chamber that provides a high temperature combustion atmosphere and a heat/particulate recovery module which provides maximum heating efficiency and reduces emissions, meeting EPA requirements and contributing to a cleaner environment.
