摘要: A temperature sensor and method of temperature sensing is described. A first reference current is provided to a dual-slope ADC during a first slope time duration of a dual-slope ADC conversion cycle. A second reference current is provided to the dual-slope ADC during a second slope time duration of the dual-slope ADC conversion cycle. A digital codeword corresponding to a ratio of the first and second reference currents is then output by the dual-slope ADC. The first and second reference current ratio is related to the temperature.

In response to an input operation is applied on the input unit, the control unit starts to perform a temperature detecting procedure, wherein the control unit instructs the temperature sensor to periodically perform a plurality of temperature detecting operations to obtain a plurality of detected temperature values corresponding to the temperature detecting operations, and only records X larger valid temperature values among the obtained temperature values. In response to determining that the performed temperature detecting procedure is completed, the control unit removes the largest one among the recorded valid temperature values and calculates an average value of the remaining one or more target temperature values as a temperature of a target object, so as to instruct the output unit display the temperature.

摘要: Various embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods for accurately determining temperatures in harsh environments such as, for example, in a steam autoclave chamber during a sterilization cycle. In certain embodiments, temperature data accuracy is increased by utilizing an IC-based temperature logging device that monitors and compensates for inherent thermal delays that would otherwise cause a discrepancy between temperature as measured by a temperature sensor and the actual ambient gas temperature. By properly correcting for the thermal delay, the data accuracy of the measured gas temperature is thus greatly enhanced.

A method of calibrating a temperature sensor using the calibration setup includes heating the temperature sensor to a first calibration temperature; detecting a first temperature value by the camera unit; transmitting the first temperature value from the camera unit to a storage medium in the temperature calibrator; heating the temperature sensor to at least a second calibration temperature; detecting a second temperature value by the camera unit; transmitting the second temperature value from the camera unit to the storage medium; and displaying the detected and stored temperature values on a calibrator indicator display in a respective association with the calibration temperatures.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for temperature exception tracking in a temperature log for a memory system are described. The memory system may store the temperature log separate from data to which the temperature information corresponds. For example, a memory device may store data in a relatively higher-level cell and the corresponding temperature information in a relatively lower-level cell. To perform a write operation, the memory system may determine a current temperature at which the data is being written or was written to a partition of a memory device and may indicate in the temperature log if the current temperature is entering a temperature range that is outside a threshold temperature (e.g., a nominal temperature). To perform a read operation, the memory system may determine if the data to read was written to the memory device outside the threshold temperature to determine whether to perform temperature compensation for the read operation.
